I have been boba here for awhile and really enjoyed it, but today I got 3 orders of fries for me and my family and was very disappointed. The garlic fries have very little flavor and all of them came out soggy and not crispy in the slightest. It's like if you microwaved frozen fries for 1 minute. I am really sad their boba and drink are always awesome but clearly their food isn't.

Very quick service. Quite tasty. You can get several toppings for free! There are board games available to play. There is a good atmosphere even late at night.

Honestly a great place. Their boba teas are fantastic. I absolutely love their peach milk tea. But on top of that they have good customer service AND really friendly. In addition to being super fast. I've had it delivered and I've also ordered in store it's great every time. Well done guys.!

One of my fav boba shops in the area! drinks are always tasty and well made. My personal recommendation is the winter melon green tea with little ice, 25% sugar and Lychee jelly.

Pochi has the most variety of milk teas I have tried that also turned out to be amazing! The drinks are super customizable. My go-to place for boba around Kirkland.

Cool options, but the customer service is so poor here. Girl in the front was so unwelcoming and made it feel like I was bugging her simply by ordering, and asking questions :( definitely better places out there in the

Pochi is hands down the best bubble tea franchise this side of the Cascades. They use real fruits and have a variety of choices. The flavor is mouthwatering. I never get disappointed with any drink I order from here. Worth the cost compared to other bubble tea places.

I mean it's bubble tea, you can't go wrong with it. They have a lot of options and can customize it to your liking. They have a super big space and even have games to play with your friends.Parking: Parking is pretty hard to find and Parking is tight so you kinda have to spend time searching for one.

I live nearby and come here sporadically as a treat for both dine-in and take-out. All of the staff that I've interacted with have been friendly and wonderful. Thank you for making this a great neighborhood spot!

Pulling the kirkland location, placed order online, after the order confirmation came as ready In Lynnwood location while arrived to kirkland location, I explained to the person there, seems normal thing that they will never, make it up to you, he told me “ you can pay for one here, other you can run to Lynnwood if you wanna get your drink” so disappointing for brand that wanna grow, but should be the last time after I used to get it weekly

Decently-sized bubble tea and snack/dessert cafe in Juanita. Direct parking is street parking only, but Juanita itself has tons of parking space in its various plazas which are a very short walk away.Atmosphere (4.5 out of 5): To me, the best part of Pochi is its atmosphere, the designs and vibes are cute and friendly, good for a solo work excursion, a quick takeout snack, or hanging out in a group. Seating is ample and the music is good.Service (3.5 out of 5): Pochi offers either tablet-order or standard counter order. Pick up is self-serve at the counter. Unfortunately, the tablet order menu isn't super clear - it only really has drink names and few images with few indications of what is included and what is considered an add-on. Food (3 out of 5): Overall, super, super sweet - especially the specialty drinks and smoothies. Highly recommend reducing sweetness percentage to start and then working your way up. The drinks were good but not overly great or fantastic - and if I had to pick I would say it's more artificial flavors than authentic. A comparable would be Bobalust which I think is a step up. Value (2 out of 5) - Definitely on the pricier side - they also charge for less/no ice which was a surprise for me ordering at the counter (they also didn't mention it when ordering). Portions are standard-size cups.Overall, it took a couple visits to adjust to and understand how to order drinks to my liking. While I think there's better priced and better tasting options, Pochi isn't "bad" by any means and is always an option to stop by for a nice vibe, either solo or in a group.
