Poor service. never come if you are in hurry.

I order online via GrubHub. The person keeps saying that she cannot find my order. I believe it is some tech issue, and the lady ask me to wait for 30 mins.

I never had an issue with my usual drink, the almond milk chocolate. I usually go to the westlake location and this is the first time I've been to this one.

Took a sip right after I left and it was sour as if I took a sip of rancid milk. I should have trusted my gut when I saw the consistency of the drink and how there was a line of white at the top near the cap. The employees gave me a replacement at the end. Do not think I will be visiting this location again.

Amazing service! Walked in knowing I wanted a fruit juice but didn’t know what was good. I didn’t catch her name but young lady at the register was very kind showing me her favorite options! Thank you very much. Will return.

bad costumer service

The acai bowl I had here was so good! The staff were nice and made the bowl look nice as well. A bit disappointed that some items aren't vegan but happy that most are.

The menu is a bit hard to read, especially for older people or if you have impaired vision. It's pricey but I'd rather go here than get ice cream 😋

i ordered my food to go, got it delivered, was eating it until i got to the middle, the protein powder was just put in the middle. not mixed with the açaí at all. had to scoop that chunk out, so basically i got no protein out of this. i never write reviews but this was insane.

Did one of their juice cleanses recently and it made me feel so great! I am also thoroughly obsessed with the smores freeze 😍

The service has drastically improved in the last few months! I always visit here to get a freeze with select toppings, but the last couple of times, the staff went above and beyond to craft it in the best way possible - multiple layers of freeze base and toppings.

The mushroom latte bottles I received had shorter shelf life than I’ve experienced…
Store was clean. Service was friendly, though there was no one in the entire space when I arrived.
Everything I wanted was in stock!

The girl behind the desk was on her phone and I had been waiting 16 minutes to even get acknowledged (looks like a personal phone call). It was my first time here and I was hungry, I had to leave without food very disappointed. Pressed needs better people working there or they’re not going to get enough customers.

Came here for the first time and wanted to ask a few questions. The girl gave me a recipe of what I can make at home…that’s not why I came here. I came here to grab something I didn’t have to make at home so why are you telling me this? I ended up getting a premade bottle of juice and it was very good! Doesn’t make up for the interaction though.

Just went in almost an hour towards close. I had placed an order online a few days prior and for whatever reason my order still didn’t show on the system. I ended up running a few hours behind than my original order pick up time, even though Flora, the employee on staff at that time couldn’t locate my order she was happy to still get me helped. She’d checked my order from my email and despite several people waiting and having to bag over 30 bottles (5day cleanse) she remained positive and smiled throughout. 10/10, would recommend.
