Our favorite place to meet friends. The play area is so thoughtful and our kids love it. The coffee and food are always excellent!
If you have kiddos, you know that not all places are kiddo friendly. Queen Bee definitely is! The staff at Queen Bee were friendly, fast, and the food was amazing. There's a little play area suitable for toddlers. Overall a great experience.

I liked the atmosphere of the place. Very relaxed and laidback. The lavender vanilla latte was yummy, and the classic avocado toast was good too (but it’s one piece of toast and some grapes, so not sure if $12 is worth it all the time).Nice place though to chill out and do some work or meet up with friends.

Love, love, love this place! ❤ Excellent coffee (& crumpets), great employees, food offers two thumbs up! And street parking available, if you go early enough. The fact that they give a % of profits to a charity ea. month closes the deal ?

Quiet neighborhood joint, located next to a senior living complex. Nice location next to the waterfront, great to pick up coffee and drink by the water. But if you prefer to sit in, I liked the relaxed cloth upholstered chairs airy ambiance. There’s variety of seating, 4-seater tables, a large communal table and a small nook for kids. The food is standard fare, nothing special about either the pick of coffee beans or bakery items. 100% a great place to get some work done in relative solitude.

This coffee is amazing and so smooth with little or no bitter taste in the mouth, have a couple of cups of this . I love this place.
Raspberry mocha is a 10/10. Baristas are always so kind and friendly. I only wish that they were open longer! But this coffee shop is located in Kirkland and most surrounding neighborhoods are in bed by 7 so I understand.
Disappointing. Having read about the cafe on their web site we had high expectations. However we found it to be low on service, atmosphere and presentation. The food was tasty, but we didn't expect to be eating out of cardboard boxes. When we asked for plates we were informed that there weren't any, even though one of the staff was eating her lunch off one. The cafe is poorly ventilated, and when we left our clothes smelled strongly of cooking. We will not return.

Service was really bad - rude, inefficient and unapologetic! Ordered egg white bites, avocado toast and vegetable burrata sandwich. The food was alright, lacked salt. The drinks however were so bad that we threw away entire full cups. We ordered a cappuccino and lavender vanilla latte. The blue haired barista forgot the extra shot in latte and added it on top after which made the coffee bitter. When I told her she told me that she didn’t make it right and didn’t even apologise for the mistake or offer to make another one though I threw the whole cup in front of her. Had heard great reviews of Queen Bee and was looking forward to trying, but won’t be going again. The cutlery was dirty and we didn’t get replacements even after asking twice. Such a bad service and baristas, how can they expect customers to be happy?

I discovered this place at the top of the week and have already returned four times in said week. The vanilla lavender latte is delicious as well as the Beehive Crumpet and Smoked Salmon Crumpet.
A friend recently moved to Kirkland and we decided Queen Bee would be out new meeting location...it's a lovely cafe.

Ordered a Spanish latte and avocado toast. The Spanish latte was something I have never had, the barista suggested me that and its one of the best coffee I have ever had. Gonna come back for that for sure. Avocado toast was good too, could have been better. The vibe is really cozy and there are lot of street parking options. The only fact I was a but sad about was that they only had 2 vegetarian options and they were out of 1- the veggie sandwich. They also did not have burrata cheese so we ended up having other cheese on avocado toast too. A tad bit disappointing for a Saturday morning.
Nice little place. $5 breakfast was almost the same as the$12 breakfast! Slowish with the food but this isn't Starbucks. It's right next to the water but you can barely see any water from inside :(

They will close without any notice in perfectly good weather with no snow or rain on the ground. Do your potential customers a favor by not wasting their time coming here and post an update.
