Very comforting flavorful what I call "peasant food". My kind of fare.
Ordered 2lbs frozen dumplings (half beef/half chicken) to be delivered via Door Dash to Edmonds. They arrived on time, separated and frozen. Cooked some up immediately and they are both absolutely delicious. This place is amazing! Will order again for sure. Small suggestion, the restaurant should write the type of dumpling on the outside of the freezer containers in addition to cooking instructions. I had to cook them separately to figure out which is which.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Rush in Dumplings is a rare find in an area where authentic Ukrainian food is hard to come by. The borscht was well balanced, and the pelmeni dumplings were very juicy and high quality. -They also offer many fusion options that I highly recommend. Overall, if you're looking for genuine Ukrainian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit(carry out).
Unfortunately, my experience at Rush In Dumplings was disappointing from the start. This is a take-out place with no seating, making it difficult to enjoy your meal on-site. On top of that, the restaurant opens at 4 PM, which is quite late for anyone looking for a mid-day bite or an early dinner.
The restaurant might be worth trying Russian dumplings if you’re willing to wait or if you plan to take your food to go, but the late opening hours and lack of seating are significant drawbacks. It’s disappointing that a place with potential great food doesn’t prioritize a better customer experience.

Excellent authentic pelmeni. They sell them frozen as well so I usually keep a stash and boil them at home. (Pop them into some boiling water, let them boil for 5min after they float to the top)
Their piroshki are very very good as well!!
Kid-friendliness: Pelmeni are great for kids!

Made an order and went to pick it up just to find out they don't open till 4pm and iam off at 330pm.
The owner went over and beyond and got my food done and kept it warm till I arrived and refunded me the full amount. Which I didn't feel right taking and just left it as a tip for the guys who worked.
Thank you very much. Such an amazing service.
The dumplings are the best, however, their service has a lot of room for improvement. Be sure to double check your to-go orders as they lack the capacity to get the side orders fulfilled. Additionally, they were quite rude when I phone to let them know of their oversight.

Dumplings are absolutely delicious! We had the traditional potato and cheese, beef and pork Alaska style, coleslaw, beef piroshki and bird milk cake. Everything was incredible and portions were great. Highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: There are dumpling choices that do not include meat

I stopped by here tonight for dinner and I loved it! My friend went in and ordered for take-out so I didn't go in, but from what I could see there are a couple seating spots if you want to eat there. I had no problem parking; it's located in a strip mall type of building with a plentiful parking lot.We got the Alaskan (with potato-mushroom dumplings), Classic (with potato-cheese dumplings), Greek (with chicken dumplings), and Sweet & Spicy (with beef dumplings). Between four adults and a baby, we ate all 70 dumplings and we were so stuffed!I think my favourite was the classic; it was a little spicy and very vinegary. My second favourite is the Greek - it didn't even need extra sour cream. I would recommend getting this one with a meat dumpling to have an extra chew in contrast to the vegetables. My friend also got the garlic flavoured sour cream. I didn't try it, but he said it was definitely garlic! He also got super excited that they had Kvass (which I guess is a fermented bread soda that's popular in parts of Europe).I unfortunately live 40 minutes so I am not in the area very often, but I can't wait to be back here again. They had a sign out front of their lunch special - 15 dumplings and a soda for $10. That's a great deal!
