Recently when they introduced the toppings they gave me 1 waffle chip even though the sign said waffle chips plural. They also did a recent promo for a free kids scoop which ended without notice before the initial end date. They have some ok flavors hence the 2 stars, but so does tillamook for $6.99/ quart.

My wife Desiree and I stopped by Salt & Straw in Kirkland and had such a great experience! The team was incredibly welcoming, and Diego especially stood out. He was warm, attentive, and made our visit extra memorable. This was our very first time here and Diego demonstrated patience and passion for his work.
