Bought gluten free cupcakes to sample for our wedding and was told they were in the back of the store. Employee went back and microwaved something for 2 minutes and came back with 4 cupcakes. Paid $18 and we tried them in the car. Extremely dry and the frosting was as hard as a rock. My assumption is that the cupcakes are frozen or just way past stale....which is too bad because it might be good if they weren't so dry and hard. Frosting tasted good but again....hard as a rock.Not willing to try again at that price. The cupcakes look good tho!Attached video to show how hard they were.

Your gluten free cupcakes were the texture of muffins, except undercooked inside, too little frosting on the top, which tasted like solidified oil and there was no taste to the cupcake, just sugar. I ended up throwing them away. I’ve had better cupcakes at the chain store Trophy Cupcakes and for cheaper. In Kirkland, there are gluten-free cupcakes with better taste including Sweet Cakes and Hollywood Baked Goods (which you share space with). In terms of customer service, you rang me up for items that you did not have without first checking your inventory. Not super professional, but I understand trying to manage a small business. I’m not a hard customer to please, I just appreciate good quality and detail orientation. Maybe go back to the drawing board on your recipes instead of trolling dissatisfied customers. Just a thought. Best of luck.

Kayla at Seatown Sweets was amazing to work with for our September 2023 wedding, and made the entire process very individualized. She was personable and made our dessert selection process fun and easy. We loved having the option of creating a cookie with a picture of our cat- they were a crowd favorite and all of our guests loved them! Our cake was exactly what we wanted and more, and dessert bar was displayed beautifully. Everything was delicious and our guests had nothing but great things to say about our desserts. Since we live in CA, we weren't able to pick-up on the scheduled wedding tasting dates, but the other employees were very nice and helpful when we went by the store to try different things. Overall, we highly recommend choosing Seatown Sweets for your wedding cake and desserts!
