Seoul Meat Co. really impressed me! The meat quality is some of the best I’ve ever had at a Korean BBQ spot — super fresh, beautifully marbled, and so flavorful once grilled. You can actually taste the difference compared to other places. The side dishes were great too — fresh, tasty, and they kept refilling them without us even asking. Everything paired so well together, from the kimchi to the sauces.
The staff were awesome — friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure we were taken care of. They even helped with grilling, which made the whole experience really easy and fun. I also loved the atmosphere here. It’s modern, clean, and has a lively energy without being too loud. Perfect for hanging out with friends, family dinners, or even a date night.
Price-wise, it felt totally worth it for the quality you get. We left super full and satisfied, already talking about what we’ll order next time. Overall, Seoul Meat Co. has become one of my favorite spots for Korean BBQ — great food, great service, and a great vibe. I’ll definitely be back soon!

They don’t wash the vegetables. My order of mushrooms came out with lots of dirt on them. I mentioned the dirt to the waitress. The waitress went to the kitchen and she told me that it’s normal not to wash the mushrooms. Also some staff didn’t speak English which made it hard to communicate my concerns

Huge shoutout to our server, Evan Cho. From the moment we sat down he had sides out right away and never missed a beat. At most KBBQ spots I feel like I have to beg for more meat, but not here—Evan kept everything coming without me even asking, always checking if we wanted more or wanted to try something else.
The price is right in line with every other place, but the service here sets it apart. Evan turned what could’ve been just another dinner into my new go-to spot. Management, give this guy a raise!

First time here and Evan Cho gave us the best experience. He was fast and made sure we always had everything we needed with a smile on his face. The meat quality was very good compared to other Korean bbq places. Lots of side dish options which are all included. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it! Will be returning for sure, thanks Evan!

Been here three time and enjoyed the food and atmosphere each time. The last time I went though the service was not as good. Looked like they didn’t have enough staff. Could have been a fluke. The meat quality is good, the flavors are excellent and they have a ton of sides. Probably best Korean BBQ on the Eastside.

Fast service. Meat quality was ok. Started our party of 2 off with a giant piece of steak which filled us up...Quality of side dishes was questionable. We both had the runs after...

I've been to this place multiple multiple MULTIPLE times and every single time we go it's so good. I order a lot of thinner meat cuts because of jaw issues and that with all my banchan every single time it's been delish. At this point I think the staff recognize my husband and I as regulars and our service is literally always amazing and very prompt. I don't think I've had one instance of misstep or need to complain--ever.
They are very strict about their start and end times, which being a retired cook I really think it's awesome you honor kitchen close times and respect your kitchen staff because people can be really entitled and rude-- so sorry they even have to deal with that. Thanks for all you do!!

The smoke is crazy, PM2.5/10 inside is through the roof that you might get lung cancer. Please improve ventilation

Be prepared to wait as it's first come first served. We had a larger party and waited about an hour. It was expected since we went to dinner at 6:30pm on a Friday. Otherwise, the selection is great and staff is pretty attentive. We had our grill changed often and they came by often to see if we wanted to order more meats and banchan.

This place was unbelievably rude. The restaurant closes at 10pm, so my husband and I walked in at 9:00pm. At 9:01pm, waiter who was tall and wearing glasses came straight to us and rudely said, “our last table at 9pm.” We were like “by one minute?” and then literally just walked away. I’m not kidding you, 1 minute.
If the restaurant stops seating at 9:00pm, then they should say that clearly on their website, hours, or front door instead of humiliating paying customers. The way we were dismissed was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.
We came excited for a nice meal and instead left feeling frustrated and insulted. If this restaurant doesn’t need customers, then we will never be back, and we’ll be telling friends and family to avoid this place unless they want to be treated like an inconvenience.

Came here over the weekend with my family and all I can say is wow! The food quality is amazing for AYCE place and the service was so friendly and quick. I highly recommend this place as I might have found my new go to KBBQ!
