Pickup order said it was ready but it wasn't. Burger had a random jalapeño in it...not a pleasant surprise. Chicken was mediocre. Dubai shake wasn't up to the hype.

Shake Shack Kirkland is the upscale burger fix we needed on the Eastside. The ShackBurgers are juicy and tasty, and the sweet potato bun adds that extra hint of fun. Fries are good, I'd say definitely order them with cheese. Shakes and lemonades did not disappoint.

We had Shake Shack cater an office event for us for about 40 people. The communication with Claudio was smooth and ordering was really easy. He was on time with delivery and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be using them again!

I ordered burgers here for group of people and they were good . I think all the burgers are good at this place and hot dogs and fries. The Kirkland location is nice with a fountain and inside atmosphere relaxing too. Overall good experience.

Nice area, parking is a bit away, ordered and took home. It was freshly made. Great chocolate shakes and cheeseburgers! We liked the cheese fries and fries pickles!
