Portions are on the smaller side, but they are good quality fresh and tasty. Thank you!

Best chain smash burgers. Thanks Danny M.

Really sassy, rude staff. Told me that parking was free in the garage after 4pm (good news!) in the rudest way possible (bad news😬).

Good place to go in summer time as there is water to play in front of it

Visited Shake Shack in Kirkland today and really enjoyed the overall experience. It’s in a great area that’s perfect for families. There’s even a small fountain nearby where kids were splashing around and having fun on this sunny afternoon. The interior of the restaurant was spotless, which made the meal feel that much more enjoyable. Parking was a bit confusing, especially for a first-time visitor using Apple Maps from the suburbs. I ended up parking on the street and walking a little. But honestly, the short stroll wasn’t a big deal. The food itself was fantastic, as expected. Everything from the ShackBurger to the crinkle-cut fries, and the chicken bites hit the spot. A great stop if you’re in the area and craving something satisfying.

This is my $8 burger, with "lettuce"? Kinda underwhelmed, also ordered a large iced tea for $4.50!

Since I don't eat meat, I was excited to finally find a decent local restaurant that has fake burgers that taste real -- the Shroom Burger and sweet potato fries were amazing (expensive but worth the price). The second time, I ordered the same thing, but they had forgotten to put the sweet potato fries in the bag. I was at work by the time I realized it and didn't have time to go all the way back. No big deal. Nevertheless, I thought I would give them a third try today... I ended up receiving regular fries (instead of sweet potatoes fries) and a regular burger instead of the Shroom Burger. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was meat until after I had taken a bite (my fault), so I spent the next hour in the bathroom. In summary, they have great food when they get the order correct. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to keep ordering from here at that price, waiting for them to get it right...

I came out to this location for a nice sunny day walk with my brothers. My little brother felt hungry and suggested we dine here since he never went to this restaurant before. As it turns out, this restaurant has successfuly destroyed any postive expectations. Burnt grilled cheese sandwhich, excessively iced fountain drink, and cold fries... For the price I spent here, I'd be able to dine at Dick's burger multiple times and feel satisfied. All in all I do not recommend this restaurant.

In n out does it way better at half the price. Fries are disgusting and the burger is just ok. The price for the quality of food is ridiculous. Go to a sit down restaurant to a real burger and fries.
