Sandwiches are MUCH smaller than what are advertised. Not impressed with the quality of the chicken sandwiches. I was pretty ill for 2 days after eating the meal. First experience with food from Shake Shack. Probably the last. There are better options out there for the same price point.

Albert was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making the experience great. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of attitude is rare these days. Even though he wasn’t required to step in, he did—without hesitation—and made a big difference.

Burgers are tasty and of course greasy. My son had chicken bites, which were also good and even more greasy. Good to visit every once in a while, nice atmosphere.
Overpriced and long waits for the exact same burger every other fast food place has on offer.
Unique offerings include hardwood seating that gives you back pain on contact, and wealthy patrons pointedly avoiding eye contact with you.
