Mom’s Table & Shibu Ramen Kirkland

I had. The tonkatsu ramen here a few years ago, I think it has changed hands since. Today I ordered the Shibu ramen (kimchi) and enjoyed it very much. The broth and kimchi were the stars of this ramen bowl. They also sell canning jars of the fresh kimchi. The ramen is definitely worth trying if you’ve not had it before.

The food here is fantastic, especially for anyone new to these dishes! I always come back and order more because it’s consistently great. Don’t let the negative reviews discourage you—everyone’s experience is different. Honestly, the place is clean, and even the packaging has improved. Definitely worth trying!

The food is not good. The service is ok. I realize they want to cover many Asian foods but the taste and quality is bad. They should focus on improving food taste and trying to make a few popular dishes with customer’s like.

To be very honest, the owners were nice and the place was empty. We were the only people here. Place is clean, however the ramen is not good. The tonkatsu was a very thin piece of meat and it tasted like it was soaking in oil. I couldn’t eat it. If you’re considering ramen, I’d try somewhere else. Not tasty or flavorful.

I recently had stopped in on my lunch break to grab a to-go order here and had a great experience. I asked the very kind lady at the front desk for her order recommendation and she was excited to give me details about some of their popular dishes. I went with the Tonkotsu Shoyu and was very impressed, the broth was thick and rich and the pork serving was of good size and very tender with the perfect amount of fat. Also, upon inspecting the menu I noticed that they also have a Gluten Free noodle option! This means both myself and my girlfriend can enjoy the food here, huge plus!!

I frequent Ramen restaurants. This place is clean and good atmosphere. I had the Siubi ramen. It was OK at best. The ramen egg is just a standard hard boiled egg. The broth is just average. The pork was not very tender as it should be. So overall pretty boring. Also had chicken wings. Perfectly fried but no seasoning at all so pretty boring. The seen sauce they were served with was very good.

I had such a nice time eating here with my family! The food was really good and everyone was really nice! I also definitely recommend their homemade kimchi, and make sure to bring back your jar so they can reuse them! 😊❤️
