Honestly the most amazing ramen I’ve ever had. I will never go to another ramen place as long as Mom’s kitchen is open. This is delicious comfort food at its best. It makes any bad day a little brighter. They are so friendly and the quality is always consistently top tier. The kimchi slaps too.

Whole family ate here. Everyone lived their ramen, gyoza and
I ordered the garlic tonkotsu take out. They need to learn about ramen for sure. Lack of flavors, small veggie side, raw garlic, no tonkotsu flavor at all. The egg was over cooked and not even seasoned! I'm pretty disappointed. I would rather go to Sinverlake ramen in Kirkland for ramen, not here.

The food isn't too bad, the spicy ramen I got didn't taste bad at all but it just tasted like kimchi. But the garlic tonkotsu ramen was good. The service is great though.
Local mom & pop ramen place! Very delicious and fresh tonkatsu! K-chicken is a must try as well. Owners were very friendly and service was great! Everything was reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

The food was very good and the service was fast! It's a smaller place with several tables. We arrived right after opening so I'm not sure how busy they typically get. I noticed their food rating was "excellent".Parking: The parking on the street can be limited. However, I did see a parking garage close by. I am guessing it's free to park in the garage but am not 100% sure.

Only marginally better than instant noodles. The soft boiled egg was very much a hardboiled egg. Completely cooked and not at all jammy. The broth was very salty and the chashu was chewy and very lean.

This is a really wonderful restaurant with so many delicious options for Raman. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was quiet and relaxing after a long day of work. The service was really quick and perfect. Overall, I would go to this restaurant again.Vegetarian options: Has options.Parking: It was good based on the opacity of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly options.
Shibu ramen used to be the best ramen in the area and I would go there often for a delicious treat. But it seems like they’ve been bought or changed their business. The ramen is now taste less and unimpressive, comparable to cup of noodle. Eggs were over cooked, and cold so I could tell they had been refrigerated and just cut in half. The broth was just like slightly flavored water. Meat didn’t really taste like meat. Overall, it was a huge disappointment to discovered my favorite ramen is no longer around and I have to find somewhere else because I won’t be going back to shibu.

I rarely write bad reviews, but this place was such a disappointment. The ramen was OK, but the chicken salad I ordered was just unacceptable. It was grocery store mixed greens, topped with frozen chicken nuggets, which were sliced up and garnished with some dried cranberries!

Pros: food was tasty and you can tell ingredients were good.Cons: tiny portions, there were literally two tiny pieces of pork in my ramen, same with my wife’s and kids dishes. We’re not the kind of family that eats a whole pizza in one sitting either. This would be a perfect size if the second course was included.
