I have been going to this ice cream shop for more than 7 years. I noticed today the portions are much smaller than before. In addition the service was not the same as before.

Delicious gelato by the Lake street. This was my first time and I tried the slow roasted pistachio + coconut, really good! The service is quick. Also bought a pistachio pint to go later :D the shop is tiny, so we took the gelato to-go and walked to the Marina Park. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby! Nice to walk around

More like 3.5 stars! The store was busy on a Sunday evening and the line moves at a good pace. I sampled the dark cocoa and turkish coffee before ordering. The dark cocoa didn't taste good and was a miss, and I ended up getting a scoop of the turkish coffee in a cone. It was icy and not too sweet. I didn't like the cone since it tasted like cardboard.

Nice place to get gelato after a meal or when visiting Kirkland waterfront. Hazelnut and Dutch chocolate are my favorites.

Hands down the best gelato in Kirkland! They offer tastings to help you choose, and the portions are generously big. The Mango flavor is particularly great - a must-try!

The gelatos are just not it. Been here at least three times. Nothing close to actual Italian gelatos. Just get Hagen Dasz from grocery or somewhere.

The quality dropped dramatically over the past couple of years. This is not Gelato anymore. It is not even good quality ice-cream. It is a watery, frozen sweat treat with no smoothness and awful flavor. Very disappointing.

This gelato place offers a diverse selection of flavors at a reasonable price, situated in a convenient location with a good ambiance. While the flavors are enjoyable, it seems they don't have extremely exotic or unique options. Overall, a solid choice for a delightful treat.

They did bring back the old recipes, editing from a one star to a five star. Thanks for bringing them back!Used to have the best oreo Gelato I've ever had. They changed recipes, the new cookies and creme is powdery, gummy, and bitter. 9$ for inedible Gelato, eugh. They need to bring their old recipes back and stop pinching pennies.
I enjoyed it and thought it was yummy but probably closer to a deluxe ice cream shop than gelato. My friend was with me who had just come back from Italy, and said it’s not like real gelato. It was also very overpriced, over $6 for one scoop! Many of the pictures of the menu and the menu on google maps are all outdated showing somewhere in the $4 range

The gelato was good but I was put off by the response I got when I asked if they do samples. She said one or two and then I felt really limited. I get not wanting to give out free samples but I was a committed customer and frustrated that I couldn’t try more flavors. The mango and ube were good. My husband also tried the cappuccino and said it was okay.

Good gelato place in Kirkland in a strategic location (i.e. close to lots of restaurants). The gelato was pretty good and they had your choice of flavors. The service was friendly and fast.

The ? was good, but I don't give a darn about that. Visited this place on 5th August afternoon 3ish.To the store manager,If at all you are reading this, whom ever you had for shift that day, she is ruining your outlet's reputation. Absolutely discourteous attitude. She gave us a very contemptuous look when we wanted to taste the ? and answered in a very disdainful manner when i had some questions about your decaffeined afogato. The girl standing with her also started grinning.Worst experience I faced in a food outlet in the US. Still feeling raw about this incident.
