Can't get free water at the Starbucks, unless you purchase something. This is a certain way to lose customers, rather than getting them to buy anything, as the intent probably was. Especially in the location, where there is so much competition. I used to come to the Starbucks a lot and buy coffee. Now I will ignore the place.

Karen was disrespectful and ignorant. I was standing in front of register for long time without getting any greeting or acknowledgment from her, when i ordered and she didn’t get it because of my accent, she made a frustrated face and asked what it wad in a rude manner. Then she said she is unable to redeem my points partially while i had done it so many times in the past.

This has to be the most ridiculous experience I ever had in any Starbucks. Came in on a Sunday since visiting a restaurant nearby. We ordered a simple cup of coffee ( iced latte) and waited 30+ minutes. The people working here are ridiculously inefficient and rude. Never stepping a foot inside this place again. If you don't have an hour to waste here waiting, I suggest never coming here to order anything.

This is probably the nicest Starbucks I've been to. The atmosphere is always lively and the baristas are all super nice, plus I have never had a single drink mix-up! I now take my dogs here almost daily on our morning walk.

consistently SUPER slow, always takes 20+ minutes for just a cold brew and latte. I feel bad because I think they are just understaffed (usually only 2 people working), but only ask for names half the time so it’s confusing when new orders are sitting on the counter to be picked up
