Rude and critical staff. Not very welcoming. They seem only to greet and engage with specific customers. On top of that, when they got my drink wrong, they seemed offended and annoyed, and the older staff member kept telling me how "ugly" the drink color was. Please keep it to yourself, Karen. This has to be the most ridiculous experience I ever had in any Starbucks. Came in on a Sunday since visiting a restaurant nearby. We ordered a simple cup of coffee ( iced latte) and waited 30+ minutes. The people working here are ridiculously inefficient and rude. Never stepping a foot inside this place again. If you don't have an hour to waste here waiting, I suggest never coming here to order anything.

This is probably the nicest Starbucks I've been to. The atmosphere is always lively and the baristas are all super nice, plus I have never had a single drink mix-up! I now take my dogs here almost daily on our morning walk.

consistently SUPER slow, always takes 20+ minutes for just a cold brew and latte. I feel bad because I think they are just understaffed (usually only 2 people working), but only ask for names half the time so it’s confusing when new orders are sitting on the counter to be picked up
