Busier than expected for late afternoon, 4pm. But we were able to secure a couple spots at a table to take care of our business. Thankful for a public meeting place with easily accessed Wi-Fi. With the wide variety of beverages, there is something for everyone.

My husband tried to buy 1 latte and 1 cappuccino on May 12th. Very strange, but nothing happened. The employees made a mistake 4 times and just brought milk! How fashionable it is to confuse cappuccino with just milk. They also showed rudeness. Completely disappointed. Service at zero

The staff is amazing! Very personable. I enjoy my visits at this location. Other locations can be standoffish. I see so many locals and non locals come in everyday and everyone is treated like family. Absolutely wonderful customer service. They are wonderful.

The service is always great, and the baristas are pleasant, but man the prices for simple snacks and food items are so overpriced and its always FREEZING in there. You'd think they would adjust temperature during the winter and cold seasons, but nope. Full AC blasting. I'd enjoy my stay if it wasn't so cold, and I'd have to keep my winter coat on.
