I have been to several Starbucks and can honestly say this location is by far the best, the customer service is outstanding. They are very friendly, accommodating, and make the best drinks. Everyone that works at this location will ensure you enjoy your drink and are happy to make adjustments if needed (drinks have always been delicious, and adjustments were never needed, but they offer). I literally avoid the Starbucks across the street which has a convenient drive thru, and would rather walk into this location as it’s inside Safeway.

I just got my coffee from the Starbucks at Safeway for the first time at this location and the worker named Pati was extremely smiling and friendly. Specifically on a Saturday at 6am! Thank you Pati!

Showed up at 7 and the store hours were till 730 on google maps and on starbucks app but the lady in this cafe said they’re closed and turned back. No answer when I said the hours shows till 730.

Was at another Starbucks location picking up a few orders and forgot my sandwich. I had to go to Safeway to pick up my prescription and remembered the Starbucks stand inside. Went to the Starbucks counter and told Kira (barista) my story and totally meant to tell it to her to just explain my absent-mindedness and make it light-hearted, but she responded by giving me the sandwich that I ordered and forgot at the other location for free! I was blown away by her kindness and she really made my day. Thanks, Kira—I hope your manager sees this and gives you a raise/promotion!

I went to the Safeway pharmacy to pick up meds. I was in a lot of pain due to a migraine. Stopped by the Starbucks to grab a coffee and when it was handed to me, I didn't see a sleeve was already on there. I went to grab one and the girl rudely says, "Why are you doing that?" I explained I wanted to a sleeve and she responds with, "There's already one on there." With a rude tone. I had to walk away to avoid ripping into her for being so rude.
