This morning, I went to buy a Grande honey citrus mint tea. After I had paid for a while, he gave me the order. When I got home, I still did not drink the coffee until an hour later when I realized I had gotten the wrong one. So I returned the tea to the store, but a staff member named David proudly said he was the manager. He said that I was the one who took it. But I told him that you said that this was my order. He did not accept it and acted rudely without regard to the customer. He told me to go and buy a new one. I think he made Starbucks look bad with the service and I will never buy Starbucks from this store again.

This former Burger King has been transformed into a spacious and inviting Starbucks, the newest on the Eastside. The staff is comprised of the same great & friendly people who worked at the tiny storefront Starbucks (with no drive-up window) in Totem Lake West that I used to frequent.
