Ok if you order a tall beverage it’s not listed on the board only grande size. So a tall it’s 4 oz less than a grande but they charge you for a grande. They clearly made me a tall in a tall cup but apparently it’s the same price as a grande. TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS! I’d of gotten a grande since I paid for it.!! Ridiculous!! Wasn’t extra hot as asked either. Taste was great but otherwise I will never return to this Starbucks. Felt ripped off by people w/smiles! Seriously. WTH??

They literally poured a cup of cold milk for a grande flat white, one of the workers was causing her coworker to do the work of three people. Two basic cups of coffee ordered, no frills, three attempts, zero successful executions. Maybe they are new and learning but maybe don’t open until baseline competence achieved

I go to Starbucks for fast, convenient, and good customer service. This time I waited 12 minutes for a cold brew with some poorly made cold foam. The barista who took and made my order looked like she was new but poorly trained while the more experienced one didn’t seem to care much about being there

Every Starbucks I have been to have delightful people; this 1 person hurt my entire viewpoint! She was rude, abrasive, & made many mistakes with multiple customers - no apologies.

It was more expenaive than the other starfbucks ive been to for no reason. In fact, the employese are rude and take forever. The Gen z employees just stand there talking forever.

My biggest complaint is the sticky tables, every time I visit. When asked for a rag to clean a table I was given an alcohol wipe. Alcohol does not clean dirt and was only meant to sterilize. I couldn't think of a diplomatic way to point this out to the employees because they did not seem very invested in their job and only the manager has the motivation to fix this problem.

Even if the coffee were for free, I wouldn't go there again. The worst Starbucks location. Coffee was ok, except for the horribly old drip. All the time, every time. Staff very impolite. They barely notice customers. No greeting, no hello. Coffee usually takes for ever to be ready. Need to figure out why it might be. Maybe online orders...

The worst Starbucks location. Coffee was alright. Baristas/staff never greet customers. The cons of hiring your employees' friends or some situation, I assume.
