My biggest complaint is the sticky tables, every time I visit. When asked for a rag to clean a table I was given an alcohol wipe. Alcohol does not clean dirt and was only meant to sterilize. I couldn't think of a diplomatic way to point this out to the employees because they did not seem very invested in their job and only the manager has the motivation to fix this problem.

Even if the coffee were for free, I wouldn't go there again. The worst Starbucks location. Coffee was ok, except for the horribly old drip. All the time, every time. Staff very impolite. They barely notice customers. No greeting, no hello. Coffee usually takes for ever to be ready. Need to figure out why it might be. Maybe online orders...

This particular Starbucks needs serious help. Better staff training and supplies.Just go to a real Starbucks... there's one in downtown Kirkland. Save yourself the time/hassle/money. Only a few times have I gotten a good order here, and they were done by staff that don't work there anymore.I've been ordering from this location because I am lazy and I live right downstairs, but I can tell you after many many attempts in the past 2 ish years, this place is just not good. I need to stop wasting my money on overpriced drinks that I end up having to throw away. Also they never seem to have anything stocked past a certain time (if you do order from here, good luck ordering breakfast items before 9am).And no, I don't bother telling them anymore about my drinks or food not being good, because they will make it incorrectly the 2nd time.

Coffee is good , breakfast wrap not so good as you can see it looks nothing like what they advertise, it’s very blend and empty, and no sauce at the store to take away from all that blend flavor

The slowest QFC Starbucks location, employees don’t welcome you, Don’t acknowledge that you are waiting or have been waiting for a while. Really slow service plus paid a dollar more for my Americano Compared to downtown Kirkland location.

This store was at the former Park Place shopping center (now Kirkland Urban). It subsequently shutdown through the demolishment of the shopping center, but has re-emerged inside the new QFC store.
