Honestly, I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to give this place a shout out for the dedication and care of the staff. Nobody is perfect, but especially lately I just see this place going above and beyond. I don't even care for Starbucks food that much, but this location puts so much effort into making you feel welcome that I don't really care. Keep up the good work, y'all. It's seen and appreciated.
So far, this is my favorite Starbucks in the Bellevue-Kirkland area. The customer service is amazing, and the atmosphere is always cozy and welcoming. I love coming here to work — it’s a comfortable and relaxing place to focus.
