A very lovely employee named Tara was walking through the seating area and was so thoughtful and observant that she stopped and asked me if I need any napkins or water. I've never encountered such service at Starbucks, almost made me feel like I was in a cafe. Felt like she actually cared and was looking around her store for a way to make things even better. The small gesture she made really surprised me in such a nice little way. I hope she becomes a manager one day!

My kids go here all the time. I stopped in and asked if I could have them fill my water bottle to which they replied, “Have you purchased anything?” I was a bit shocked but answered honestly and said, “not today.” And so they turned me away and said they could only do it if I bought something. It was their “new policy.” I’m seriously perplexed by a business that won’t fill a water bottle for someone.

Omg just had an Apple caramel coffee. All the syrup was settled in the bottom of the cup. Started out extremely bland and ended with a cloyingly sweet horrible taste in the end of the cup. Ugh. Why did Starbucks have to screw up their barista trainings so badly. Sad to see this company go down…
Update…. The staff was nice and they made me a new coffee after confirming my order. Thank you Starbucks!
