I live close by and will drop by 2-3 times a month. I stopped by on my walk home because I was hot and thirsty, the redheaded barista said water was only for laying customers. I told her I spent $20 here 2 days ago (whichI I did), she said it’s only for same day customers. She gave me the water, but you shouldn’t hassle customers for tap water especially during Summer.

Yesterday and today I was gonna go down the hill to get my fix. Then I remembered they now have the most ridiculous policy ( not Starbucks fault) of having to pay to park in a strip mall parking lot. I refused to come both times this week.
It is not your fault they can't properly manage their lot. This is not the answer! I used to come down daily for many businesses down there. I will do whatever I can not to go there cause I refuse to even sign up for this new ridiculous parking idea.
The management company should be supporting it's occupants not turning business from them. My neighbor's ( we are local ) feel it's absolutely absurd as well. I WILL not pay to park just to get my coffee. Not should I be forced to bring my phone just to go down the hill and grab my daily brew.

Pictures say it all. Barista argued with me when I showed her the picture from the app saying the drink was made correctly. Also found a long black hair in my drink when I went on 7/12 and it took them well over 5 minutes to remake it when the store was NOT busy at all. What a joke

Just got a $60 ticket for parking in front of Starbucks after ordering my drink on my app, parking in front, walking inside to pick it up and then heading outside to get my car.I know, I know. It was indeed clearly marked. I made the mistake of looking around for the City Of Kirkland parking Monitor and their little car. They were not around. However, this appears to be a private parking company handing out tickets.Five. Stars for my coffee drink. One star for the ticket.This store just lost a loyal customer.
