Just got a $60 ticket for parking in front of Starbucks after ordering my drink on my app, parking in front, walking inside to pick it up and then heading outside to get my car.I know, I know. It was indeed clearly marked. I made the mistake of looking around for the City Of Kirkland parking Monitor and their little car. They were not around. However, this appears to be a private parking company handing out tickets.Five. Stars for my coffee drink. One star for the ticket.This store just lost a loyal customer.

It was the second time Madeline, their assistant manager, misbehaved me!! I think she has personal issues with me.Very amateur.
If I could give zero stars I would. As a customer I have never been treated so rudely before until I went into this Starbucks location on Friday, August 12th. I live in the village and would frequent this location often but I will not step foot into this store again. Some of the employees that work here need a training course on customer service. So, disappointing!

I have gotten my coffee from here before work at least twice a week for the past year and it has come out perfect every time! I order ahead and by the time I get in the store (15 min after ordering) it ready for me on the counter. Ordering inside is great too, the staff is helpful and I haven't had to wait too long. The location is very whimsical as well. They also keep water out for pets <3

this place is your average cookie cutter starbucks// nuthin special,, i did see a barista pick up a phone call and insult a customer for no reason,, haha,, i think the person on the phone laughed at her cuz she hung up the phone in a frustrated manner ,,, another day in angry- town for that girl,, guess the stress of making lattes is needing her to seek out therapy for her "bizzare" behavior,, maybe she should learn to take a slight!
