Terrible Customer Service Experience

I have always been a loyal Starbucks customer, and I have never experienced such poor service as I did today. The two employees who assisted us were incredibly unprofessional, and in particular, Kattya (or Kaksia) was extremely rude to both my daughter and me.

Starbucks is not just selling coffee; it is also selling an experience and good customer service—something customers are willing to pay for when it's done right. However, this encounter left a very bad impression. If Starbucks wants to maintain its reputation, it should be more careful with the employees it hires.

This was truly a disappointing experience, and I hope the company takes action to ensure better service in the future.

Baristas are pleasant and friendly! Lovely to talk to if they aren’t too busy. My drink is always made correctly here and tastes great. The food tastes good, especially with sriracha. They’re fast when staffed and not alone. It bums me out when I see one of them working alone, but the service is still satisfactory. My only wish is for more seating options besides the sushi bar. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants a great drink from kind baristas.

The employee gus was very helpful, he is a kind soul and I think everyone should experience his service. The drink was only ok, but gus’s presence made up for it

Employees are kind here. Not terribly busy all the time. Hopefully they will remodel and make the inside dining area bigger. But it is sufficient

The service at this Starbucks is terrible. Not only is it extremely slow, but these three employees provide the worst customer service in the world. It's a shame, as a loyal customer of the brand, to be treated like this. They should be better trained because when you buy coffee, you are also buying an experience.

So looks like the shop got a make over but man the new employees don’t know what they sre doing! I stood there for 5 mins trying to figure out if they were still taking orders. When asked got a rude reply. This is evening shift!

Your employees are still rude and condescending. Couple days ago I saw them getting into an argument with a lady. Again, evening shift. This guy in glasses and kinda long hair should not be in customer facing business. I always see him arguing with folks. Will not return.

We ordered 3 drinks.. one cup was cracked and the Frappuccino was oozing out on our drive home (didn’t realize it was cracked earlier since it’s a frap)The matcha latte tasted bad and inconsistent with all the Starbucks we’ve been to. Total disappointment

Just ordered a small pumpkin spice latte this afternoon, the two guys working seemed busy in their own conversation. That’s fine I guess, but when I got a plain latte and went back to get it fixed, couldn’t even get a “sorry about that”. Basic customer service guys, I shouldn’t be feeling like I inconvenienced you when you made the wrong coffee.

Don't go here if you want to substitute anything in your drink. I asked to substitute toffee nut syrup and Daisy told me they have to follow the Starbucks recipe.
