Guy working the counter seems very fake & disingenuine to me. Ordered a breakfast item and asked for a refill of coffee and he began interrogating me about how long ago I bought the coffee, where did I buy it, etc. There is an option for tipping, lol. No tip for this jerk

For $26 we shouldn't have to ask for the proper amount of cream to be added after the drink was made, and for two identical drinks to look completely different is unacceptable. Starbucks is no longer the treat it used to be and it's not worth the money and or frustration to patronize them any longer. And I don't remember any notice about the recipe changes they have implemented, but the cold brew is watered down BS not worth the price.

Service is terrible. No greeting when entering on Thursday the 26th. It was 8:20pm, nobody inside and it took 15 minutes for a potato bake and ice water. When I asked about my order she completely forgot to even put it in the oven, resulting in a longer wait. Very disappointed in this location. They need to work on their workers
Spotless place

I was sitting at their barstools waiting for my name to be called out, but there are two sections for in store orders and mobile orders. Mind you, the mobile order section is 3.5 feet away from the section where they're supposed to be calling out names. I notice several people get their coffee before mine so I walk over and knowing that she didn't call out ANY names for ANY customers, I asked if they called out my name. She decided to lie and tell me that she did. This was at 11:28am on Wednesday June 5th. So whoever was at the station needs to be trained to stop lying to the customers. Owner: step up and tell your employees not to lie to customers. It doesn't look good.

For whatever reason this is the world’s slowest Starbucks. Every single time I’ve been at it it takes 3-4x longer than any other Starbucks. I went inside today and watched how slowly they are working and even though there’s 4 staff members only one was very very slowly making coffee. Each time I have a bad experience I swear I won’t go back to this one and then I wait a couple months, try again, and it’s like- wow- it still is the worlds slowest Starbucks. And for no good reason…

The baristas at this location always nail my complicated drink order perfectly ☕️✨️💓 I always have to stop by whenever I'm in Kirkland. The AM crew is the absolute bestest!!!

Costumer service is lacking. They could at least acknowledge costumers presence and respond back when we say thank you.

They're almost always out of stock on most items
I really like this place but it is impossible to gather here because the audio is too louder 😅
Seems like they want rotate people.
Impossible to stay for long.

Placed a mobile order while waiting at the end of a 8 car line, and whoever the older woman was on window this morning (8am) was not very happy I did. I told her it’s because when they are busy, it seems like less work for them than taking my order & payment personally, and if I order too early, I get stuck with cold food. My order was ready when I pulled up to the window too so the rant was unwarranted, it was just weird and uncomfortable for no reason.
