Won't take coupons

I ordered through doordash, the sandwich was so hard like it was toasted for too long, I'm not a picky eater but it went in the trash after a few bites. Same for the pretzel, it was inedible because it was REALLY HARD and they forgot my honey mustard. Huge waste of money.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and they came out to $42 after taxes. Shocked, I asked the employee to explain how my sandwiches got to be so expensive and he could not tell me or show me an itemized list of the costs of add on options such as mozzarella. All he would say is “I’m just an employee” over and over. I was livid, all I wanted was to get my kids some sandwiches after soccer and this guy clearly tried to rip me off. I built the same sandwiches on the app and one was almost $9 cheaper and the other was $6 cheaper which was far more reasonable. I hope this store goes out of business because they took advantage of my mom and overcharged her a couple weeks ago also.

HORRIBLE! I don't know what happened to this locations customer service. The employees don't even speak English and the veggies were old and wilted. I asked him to give me fresh spinach and all he did was tossed the ones from the bottom, barely any meat and the bread was hard. He put like 3 vegetables in my sandwich. Management is Terrible! Never coming back.

Bread was stale and the lettuce soggy. Wouldn’t accept subway app gift card payment and said if the scanner doesn’t work I should pay by cash or credit card. Won’t be back.

RIPOFF SCAM LOCATION! I ordered two "Footlong Pro" sandwiches, which are supposed to have double meat. Both of the sandwiches in my order had a single portion of meat. This place ripped me off for $4 per sandwich. Also the bread was stale. This was my first Subway visit in the last few years, and is a good reminder of why I stopped eating here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 I would. The employee was eating on his lunch when I came in & tried asking me something whilst shoving food in his mouth & talking with his mouth full... I couldn't understand a word he was saying obviously. Then proceeds to rush me as I tried to order... kept saying "and" after every ingredient super fast & rude. He also gave me 3 slices of cheese on a foot long. This is the absolute WORST subway with extremely rude workers. Will never go to this location agai

This is my $12 sandwich. Just amazing! Look at all of that lettuce. There's only roast beef on one half of the sandwich. And don't they normally cut the 12-inch's into two pieces...I'm not expecting anything gourmet by any means. But this was ridiculous. I've never gotten such lazily carelessly made Subway in my life. 0 stars if I could.Edit/Update: everything on the sandwich tasted like it was well past expiration as well. Nothing seemed fresh, from the bread, to the meet, to the veggies....

I came in today 10/13/22 there was only one staff working there no one in line only me he rushing me on the order I told him I work for the subway 8 year ago all the meun has change give me time he still rushing me it fine. Halfway done with making my food another customers walk in he got done making my food I was ready to pay he walk off on me and started helping the other person. I had to wait to pay this staff is not nice very rude I could have just have him do all that work and just walk off. I will file this to the headquarter
