Standard subway, but failed on the veggies. Very limited amounts of veggies on the sandwich. Would have given more stars if more veggies. Then ask for a tip on something that you are paid to do, don't get it.

They don't use a vacuum to clean the floor, just a broom and they use it while customers are in the store. The dirt flies up into the air while they are sweeping. Why not just use a vacuum and mop lile normal?

The older guy that works here seems to have a hard time taking orders. Heavens forbid you ask for your sandwich as advertised and ask to leave the tomatoes off. Twice he has gotten an attitude with me for saying no tomatoes.

They forced me to purchase my sandwich before allowing me to use the restroom. I find this to be rude. I understand that sometimes homeless people can be a problem, but I neither appear homeless, nor should one assume that I have bad intentions even if I did appear homeless.
I went to this place on 03/01/24 at 5:30 pm. and I received very bad service from a man who was in attendance. Person completely unprepared to serve a customer.

I don’t really eat at Subway a lot but the Veggie Delight I had today was amazing! Would definitely recommend this store in Kirkland over any others I’ve been to in the past ??

Normal subway - but they took coupons (which doesn't always happen) and made the sandwiches very carefully.

The place was clean, the service was true! I took a step back when I realized how brown the iceberg lettuce was and how unhealthy the tomatoes looked. I was impressed with the employee who informed me that the produce was no good. How embarrassing and a waste of time!
