I’m very disappointed with my recent experience.

This was one of the most frustrating and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I placed a pickup order through the official Subway app — which doesn’t even offer delivery — and when I arrived, the woman behind the counter immediately snapped at me saying, “Somebody else picked it up” and “There’s nothing I can do about it.” Zero apology, zero customer service. Just cold, rude, and dismissive from the second I walked in.
I explained that I didn’t use Uber Eats — I used their app — and she STILL blamed Uber Eats and brushed me off like it wasn’t her problem. I had to argue just to get a refund, and when she finally did it, she refunded the wrong order. Seriously? So not only did I not get my food, but now the refund is a mess too.
She was unprofessional, hostile, and acted like doing her job was a personal inconvenience. This location clearly doesn’t care about its customers, and if this is the kind of staff they keep on, it shows. I will never return, and I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and leaving hungry.

The woman was so slow it made the food cold and she didn’t understand what we want her name start with B I think
I would never ever go there. The lady was arguing with us and she doesn’t even listen what we want. She was so slow to ready our order and they were out of everything that we wanted.
I've ordered Subway so many different times through their app they never get it right everything's always wrong sandwiches are terrible they don't read or listen to what you say

Sign on the door says they open at 8 am on Tuesday. Google shows they open at 830 am. At 840, they're still closed and the woman at the counter gives us a dirty look as we try the door.

Came in after work to grab a sandwich at 8:45pm today. They lady working sighed and looked very upset so my boyfriend asked if she was okay and she said she just wanted to go home and they close at 9. We apologized to tried to lighten the mood and she just asked what we wanted. We said our order and halfway through the blond lady working stated in a rude way that she had actually already shut down the computers and can’t take our order… I get we came in 15 minutes before close but say that at the begining and don’t start taking our order. Also how are you shutting everything down 15 minutes before close??? The lady’s attitude was awful and that’s my main concern.

I gave a poor rating due to the poor customer service. I came in to get lunch and someone had done an online order with 7 sandwiches and the single worker insisted that he had to do all 7 first, even though i was the only customer in the store…
