Avoid at all costs. I went in to order footlongs, and a fruit fly fell into the 1st sandwich. I tried to call it to the attention of the person making it, and she acted like I was speaking a foreign language. Finally, I asked her to just make a new one, and that's when I saw all of the other dead fruit flies amidst the vegetables. I almost threw up. Avoid at all costs.

Don't know why we came here! I am pretty sure the lady making my sandwich is high as a kite, she can barely talk and going very very slow! Something isn't right at all! If you are in a hurry do not come to this location!

What's the point of washing your hands and wearing gloves if your still gonna scratch you head with the gloves on, yuck! So I went in on a Monday afternoon about 2:15 PM, there is a Asian lady and a Caucasian lady, both friendly, and acknowledged when I came in. The Caucasian lady had washed her hands because she had just taken out the garbage. She asked me what my order was and she put on gloves to make the sandwich. as she placed my sandwich in the oven to toast, she started scratching her gross scalp with the gloves which was fine but then she started making my sandwich when she pulled it out of the oven. I was totally grossed out I couldn't even eat the sandwich. I paid for it and did not make a scene but it cost me $12 and I ended up leaving it on the garbage can on the outside For may be a homeless person to eat. But there's no way I could eat the sandwich after seeing her, put in the same gloved fingers that she was scratching her head into my sandwich as she put the ingredients and folded it and wrapped it up. Barf barf, barf, I know employees are hard to come by these days, but come on simple hygiene. Standards are important. When you work with food, I worked in the industry for over 20 years and that's something I would never do. I wish I can give a zero star.

Not enough help there. Waited in line almost an hour. For one sandwich.

Clean shop with fresh ingredients and friendly staff!

Almost no one here seems trained properly. I ordered a sandwich online and just got asked by them how to make it. Maybe don't offer griller sandwiches if you can't make them?

Management so cheap they only have one worker on duty during peak service hours

There is this lady named Neena who prepared my food and I was trying to speak up the best I could and she looked quite unhappy with what I was saying when she was preparing my sandwich. She seemed to like correcting me alot and I felt as if I didn't know what to order to make the time go faster so I could just pay and leave with my sandwich. I asked her who her manager was and she said she was the manager. I wanted to speak to a manager because she seemed like she did not want to attend me when I took my step in. I only come to this subway once a year because the totem lake subway is much closer to where I live.
