I have no clue what’s going on with the drive-through lately, but the guy that works the ordering and taking the money has no common sense and should not be working the drive-through. It should not take 15 minutes to go thru drive thru.

A man who works at the front has no manners at all. He is very rude and talks in a very rude mannerless . You should train him with the customers as he is not trained yet. Otherwise change your staff.

Waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes at 10:45 on a Thursday morning, but no one came to take my order. I could hear them in the back, but they apparently didn't care about making a sale.

Been 25 years since my last soft taco. Still tastes as good 👍 I’m happy 😃
I recently had the displeasure of eating in at this establishment and well... where do I begin? My nose has been violated by a smell so dastardly vile that not even the grinch would touch it 39.5 ft pole. They say you live and you learn, but I would've rather died than have learned that lesson. I was imprisoned in a never-ending fetor that seeped through the walls at every crack.

Had Spicy Tots and burrito. Lady at register was so great at service and brought our meal and returned to check on if we were enjoying our meal. I didn't get her name. But she was so great at Service. She brought our food to us and made it seem we were at a five star restaurant. It was about 1pm on Dec. 7th. Younger employees could benefit from her. Hats off to her and Taco Time for hiring her. It was her first day.

I had a really smooth and pleasant experience through the drive thru today! Emma (I think) took our order and was absolutely perfect and very professional. The food was good as well.
