I get that a PNW chain may have their own take on what locals would think is an international cuisine, but visiting from LA, where tacos just... are, I'm embarrassed that this restaurant overcharges as much as they do for as little service and food as they provide at a staggeringly slow pace. And, to be clear, I was there at about 8pm, so it was well past the dinner rush where one could make the argument that food quality or speed may suffer. Moreover, I've never been to a taco joint that actually CHARGES for taco sauce! I ran a restaurant chain for years, and on day one of your hospitality management education, one learns that nickel-and-diming customers SCREAMS small time business and apathy for your customers. I will not only never return, but I will openly mock the judgment of anyone that tells me that they went to this place. It is no wonder that, in dozens of visits to Seattle, no friend or family member EVER even hinted that we should try it.

In the picture my husband is holding a soft Taco (it's a burrito 😏) and mine is called a crispy burrito but it's actually a taquito 🤣😂 we've lived in Arizona for 30 plus years around authentic Mexican food 😁 oh trust me it tastes authentic. It's very good. It's just weird how they change names 🤣😂💋

The youngster working the drive thru (and probably more) today was friendly and kind, even though it seemed the place was understaffed today. He deftly threaded the line between personably taking an interest and keeping things moving to keep wait times managed.
I've been to this location twice and both times felt warmly welcomed. The food just also feels more healthful and wholesome than a lot of fast food, and I do appreciate all the packaging materials being. compostable.

They are very stingy with ingredients at this location. This is consistent. I ordered a veggie soft taco and there may 2 tablespoons of refried beans. Barely any sour cream and stuffed with too much ruffage. Their veggie soft taco 1/2 the size of other locations. When I go to other locations they are delicious. I went up to the counter to get more food and nobody was there to help me. I could hear people talking in the background behind the counter. Nobody came up to help until I shouted.

Took the kids through the drive-thru, and the worker had the worst attitude for no reason and had no patience while taking our order. Horrible service.

Taco time is proof of a higher life form. 😂 Always so good. My friends who have moved out of the area always have to go to Taco Time while they are in town.

Got a soft chicken burrito and it was majority lettuce, which was still frozen, with hardly any chicken/beans. The very last bite had like half a tablespoon of sour cream in it. Crazy that I paid 10.50 for it. Not work it for the price.

I ADORE the Taco Time NW food! And this was up to par! Unfortunately, this particular location had some issues. They opened for the day about 30 minutes before we came in. The place did not appear to have been cleaned or mopped from the prior day. Not all the entrance/exit doors had been unlocked. There was a man standing outside smoking pot, and I was very surprised when he followed us inside and strolled into the kitchen area to go back to work (he did wash his hands, so that was good). The woman who took our order was great and helpful.

Super hungry and needed to grab something quick so pulled into a Taco Time on my way home.
Soft tacos are about $8-$9 which i thought was pretty crazy. Ordered a fish taco and chicken soft taco for $17. When i drove up to the pick up window, i saw them rolling up what looked to be burritos and thought they got my order wrong. But no! Their soft tacos ARE BURRITOS, complete with burrito size tortillas! They are stuffed full of fish/chicken and lots of slaw.
I really wanted to like this soft taco/burrito, but sadly for me, the slaw was a bit too much and sharp tastin. The fish was over battered and over cooked. The chicken was a little better.
Not sure i would be back, but the staff was very polite and cheerful.

I’m originally from the PNW, and now that I live far away, Taco Time is one of the things I miss the most—so I was thrilled to stop in on Friday around 1:30pm! My go-to favorites are the cheese quesadilla, the crisp pinto bean burrito, and of course the tater tots. The hot sauce is amazing and ties it all together.
The employees here were so friendly and welcoming. The person who took our order read it back clearly to make sure everything was correct, which I really appreciated. The dining area was clean and not busy, making it easy for our large group to push a table next to a booth so we could sit together.
Great food, great service, and a little taste of home—I’ll always love Taco Time!
