Same good food, same expensive prices, why we don’t go more than once a month. I get that the ingredients are supposed to be quality, but even with that it shouldn’t cost what it does. It’s nostalgic PNW fast food Mexican. It’s good, just not economical.

New things at TT. You are encouraged (pronounced ignored) to use the self order panel on the counter. It is not the easiest to use, so after about 5 minutes, someone offered to help, but I persevered and got it done. Their user interface could use some work.I asked the petson behind the counter if I could purchase a large of hot sauce as we have done for years, and she tole me they didn't carry the bottles of hot sauce, but the totem lake TT did. I knew that one day the oft promised bottles had arrived. But she did let me know that i could purchase the small cups of hot sauce for $0.25 each. So, I drove to the totem lake TT and purchased 2 12 oz bottles for $10. That is about 42 cents per ounce. Next time, I will buy 24 cups of hot sauce as that would save $3.75.I ordered the mini soft taco, which was about a dollar less than the regular one. I think I will spend the extra next time as mini is a good name for it. It is so small that it is mostly just flour tortilla. I will just throw away what i do not eat.Of course, it still tasted good, as did the bean tortilla, which my wife enjoyed.
Didn't like the self order thing. No big deal. We just didn't know it was self order. We weren't greated when we walked in and the crew was hard at work. After a few minutes then we realized and asked them, which activated the crew and customer service. We gave it a go but struggled and a kind worker came over to save us. All else was great!

Good customer services. Especially in the drive thru from the lady with the very long blonde hair, and walks with difficulty, she has a beautiful nice welcoming friendly personality. Really good delicious food, same consistent excellent favor,freshness, taste,good food we have known for many many years, throughout Taco Time different locations.Lots of free easy parking
Never open. Can't ever eat here when I want/need to. 1 Star is based on that.

Okay so there isn't a human to help you. Just a kiosk and no one guides you there. They claim to be understaffed but have 4 people working and people are LEANING. I thought coming in would be faster than the drive through but instead we were not even acknowledged. Really not a pleasant experience.

An absolute failure of management at this location. Don’t let anyone try to blame the employees, it’s the managements fault.Avoid during any rush hours at all costs. Wouldn’t know how the food was, after waiting 25 minutes I demanded a refund.
