A nice meal after a long day at work, Sopes with chicken. The sauces they put on them with the mild salsa was delicious!!

I'm convinced the only reason this place has more than two star average is because people stop here when they're already in a good mood while walking along the beach. Objectively, the Mexican food here is just not that good. I'm pretty sure it might actually be hard to find Mexican food worse than this within a five mile radius. Most of the workers here are nice, and the It has some potential. I'm just convinced they need new recipes.

Been going to the El Gueuro Food Truck for years! It’s just right across from Lake Washington on Lake St in Kirkland. The owner is super nice and always gives big potion sizes for the burritos! Also very reasonably priced given how much food you get.

I wouldn't wish these tacos on my worse enemy. Truly un inspiring dishes with zero thought and flavor. $50 bucks for what?! Do yourself a favor and just go to Taco Bell.

People getting sick from eating here. Unpermitted food truck and getting 34 people food poisoning.

Tasty Tacos with a DownsideI recently dined at this taco restaurant, and their tacos were undeniably delicious. The flavors were exceptional, and I was already planning my next visit. However, it's important to note that I got quite sick afterward, which raises concerns about food safety. Despite the great taste, I recommend exercising caution if you decide to eat here.

Do not recommend ordering the burrito, had one last night at Summer fest and the chicken had no flavour, lots of cheap filler ingredient like rice, iceberg lettuce and beans and it was missing ingredients like sour cream, onions, etc that it’s supposed to come with, not worth what I paid for it.

Worst party experience ever!Lack of communicationFirst of all it was quite frustrating that I couldn’t get a hold of the owner when the taco truck was late. I called multiple times but the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message so I sent several texts but could not get ahold of the owner.1 hour late arrivalWhen I contacted the person's number I was given the evening prior, he stated he was told the party was from 12:30 to 4 not 12-4PM like I confirmed with the owner via email and phone call Friday evening, the night prior. Even if the start time was 12:30, the taco truck didn’t show up till 1 PM. Having an over 100 guests and no food was quite embarrassing.Disrespectful customer serviceWhat was even more embarrassing was the experience my guests and I had with the two people working the taco truck.1) One of my friends was given a burrito in aluminum foil and no plate. When she asked for a fork, the man simply just dropped the burrito in her hand.2) My biggest challenge was any time I tried to ask the two employees for anything I was given a really bad attitude. When I explained that I was hosting the party, the gentleman simply shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care. When I asked for salsa his response was everything that you need is in there. I pointed to my tacos and said there is no salsa in there and I had seen other guests with no salsa or hot sauces as well.Unavailable food and service itemsTaquitos and shells for the taco salad were not available. I was told by the owner that the taco truck to feed up to 6000 people at a summer festival so had no concerns with food items not being available. What happened? It would have been helpful to cross items off the menu so my guests could select something different before getting to the front of the line and having to pick something else. How do you come to host a party that starts at noon and already be out of items? There were no napkins, nor plastic spoons/forks provided. The burritos were huge and required spoons/forks to eat yet none were provided like a full taco truck experience usually provides. No salsa/hot sauces provided - even when asked, was given attitude for asking. If they weren’t going to be available because of health safety reasons, then the person taking the order should be asking what sauces the guests would want. The lady never asked our guests. Not staffed correctly: Over 30 minutes to get food ordersUnderstanding food trucks require some wait time, most of our guests waited over 30 min to get their orders. This is unreasonable. If we were to order at a park, beach or something, no one would wait that long for their order. The woman taking orders only took orders. The man had to make all the food. This is inefficient and led to long wait times. It seems with this set up, you need at least 3 people working the truck for parties such as ours to avoid the long wait times.Inflated order count for paymentWhen I asked for salsa for my tacos, the man asked me if I wanted him to make me a new order. This would mean he would charge me again so I said no. If he asked other guests this same question and they said yes, I can see how he came up with a count of 150 when I only had 130 total guests. This is dishonest business handling.Only when payment was due was I able to get a hold of the Manager/Owner despite multiple calls and texts to them. They were not available when I had issues, just for the payment.
