Best teriyaki on the planet! I moved away from WA, but whenever I visit home, I make sure to go to Madness.

Great customer service. Unique menu with pineapple teriyaki chicken. And served with cucumbers instead of the traditional salad. Overall grade 8/10 due to the uniqueness and customer service.

Just an off day??. In the past I've found Teriyaki Madness to be reliably good, but haven't been in for some time. Unfortunately, the spicy chicken I picked up today was far below par. The chicken was tough, and quite bland. Even the cucumber slices were just plain, with no dressing. I hope this was an anomaly, but I'm not when I'll feel like giving them another chance.

Man, it breaks my heart to write this review. This used to be my go to spot for teriyaki when I lived in town. Apparently it's under new ownership. I ordered the steak skewer, which used to be great, solid chunks of marinated *steak*, now it's thin strips of cheap beef with gristle folded over and strung on a skewer. They changed they rice; it's much lower quality and no longer cooked with any vinegar. The teriyaki sauce is gummy and way too sweet. The cucumber salad is barely seasoned. Service was good but I won't be back. Quality has taken a nosedive.

Not good anymore. Used to love this place a few years ago. Teriyaki sauce tasted off. The cucumbers used to be delicious now just cucumbers in rice vinegar not even marinated . Place had flies flying around inside.

We used to love the chicken teriyaki here but the last two times we've ordered it, the chicken was exceedingly dry and had little taste. Same for the cucumbers which had no liquid, were bitter/dry slices only.

If you are looking for a friendly face and great food, look no further. The have the best beef teriyaki that I have ever had. Ever since I've come across Teriyaki Madness, I haven't been able to get enough. I'd give this place a 6/5 if I could.

I've been here many times and it has been my go to place to get food fast. I will admit though, the quality of the food itself has gone down quite a bit. Still the food they serve is good when you need a quick bite. Overall I would recommend it to others as a good place to eat.

The teriyaki sauce is abysmal. Like absolutely awful and with how expensive it is you're better off eating a bullet instead.

White Chicken very expensive for a few pieces lettuce leaves as a salad no vegetables just lettuce

Dont come here. Worse experience we had. Owner is RUDE and food not worth coming for. Madness says for itself. Avoid this restaurant.

The price of their food is ridiculous and the prices on their online menu is apparently super outdated. I ordered $15 worth of food based off of their menu prices and then got there and they charged me $28. Pretty ridiculous to not updated such a simple thing and it honestly seems like a trick to make people spend more money.

Teriyaki sauce they used was disgusting. I used to eat here often not any more

A this king county restaurant won't give you water cups because customers complained. Even after being handed a cup behind the plexiglass! But they will give you food. Where is the common sense?! It’s all about money and profit. They are being cheap. Logic goes right out the window! No customer should ever be denied a water cup. I suggest taking your business elsewhere where they aren’t so cheap and blind!
