Carrot cake was good and moist. My iced coffee wasn’t as strong as I like. My daughter’s hot chocolate was $0.01 with my adult drink. Her hot chocolate was really good, not overly sweetened. The girl at the cash register was very friendly! We quickly found parking nearby.

This is one of the few coffee shops open late so it's perfect to hangout or get some work done. Their coffee is really good. Espresso is smooth and consistently good. The staff is super friendly, especially Craig! He is awesome! Good job thruline

Looking for a friendly warm local coffee shop? Search no further. Though located at DT this is such a cute shop with tons of seating, super friendly staff and full of laugh from the gathering locals. Kids and dog friendly - you will find out why. Good

Such friendly staff and delicious sandwiches + coffee! Great place to gather after a cycle class or during a morning walk.

Coffee is ok, I just had a medium drip. Flavor was good, but not a cup I am going out of my way for. Had a mtg. there, good place to sit and chat for a while. Staff were excellent.

We have always loved this place, the coffee and food. However, today I had the worst cappuccino I can ever remember. I order a VERY dry cappuccino eith a little sugar. When I saw it there was a limp thin foam on the top. I said I ordered a very dry one, what happened? She was very defensive (younger generation) and I had to seem to EXPLAIN what a dry cappuccino was. Instead of saying, "I am so sorry, let me make it right.", she gave me an attitude and started to make some foam. I told her my daughter was a batista and I am one (almost) and suggested a better way to get a nice thick dense foamShe DID NOT like or accept it. She asked if I just wanted more foam and said, that would be just great.Instead she made me a new one and it still wasn't really dry, forgot the sugar and it was watery and just plain horrible. I wondered, because of her attitude, if it was on purpose. I wondered because of her sort of snarky attitude. If she was my daughter, THAT wouldn't have happened. If she was MY employee, she would have been 'talked to" or fired! Not great customer service from HER.Disappointing because that is unusual there.Put a damper on my morning coffee event but I am putting the lid on it and going forth! I just won't have her ever make my cappuccino, again!!

Thruline is one of the most popular coffee spots in downtown Kirkland. People like to gather here, giving it a welcoming vibrancy. Yet also many folks finding inspiration for whatever they type away on their laptops. Gigantic fresh biscotti always tempt me and I always take half of it home. Outdoor tables nice to people-watch from.

Had an iced decaf latte that was tasty. Wifi lasts for 3 hours. Plenty of seating too.
