Always a great time and staff and location.
I found the general manager to be quite rude.
Very clean and comfy bed.
Despite the friendly staff, comfortable mattress, spacious room and bathroom, and convenient location, our overall experience was disappointing.
The internet connection was extremely weak, making it difficult to use even for basic tasks. The vanity kit didn’t include a shower cap — a simple but essential item that most hotels provide. The shower, placed inside a tub, has no handle bars, which feels unsafe.
There isn’t a single sheet of paper, pen, or pencil in the room — quite surprising for a hotel in this category. The bathroom door is a sliding one that offers zero privacy, even though there’s plenty of space for a regular door.
The air conditioner is very loud, the pipes make noise, and valet parking costs $30 per night unnecessarily, as free parking is easy to find nearby (especially around 1st Ave and 2nd St).
Overall, while the staff and comfort were fine, the lack of basic amenities and design flaws made the stay frustrating and not worth the price.
This the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel 180 days per year for business.
Fire alarm went off non stop from 2am-6am. Fire department couldn’t fix it. The hotel manager was incompetent and said this is an ongoing issue and the fix wouldn’t occur until 5am. So for three hours the fire alarm went off with no fix. It was insane. Ive never seen this before. Don’t walk, RUN away from this hotel
Salmon eggs bendict.
Amazing service and atmosphere. Carlos our server was so exceptional.
I've stayed here several times now. It's my go to if I'm picking up someone at the airport. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, rooms a spotless and the location is perfection. Lots of safe, fabulous and fun restaurants and shops close by. I can't recommend them enough.
Stayed there briefly for a overnight, beautiful spacious room. Service at the front desk was rude, contrite and one of the receptionists put a finger to my face. And follow up emails were ignored.
This was such an outstanding experience. Expedia messed up our booking and they didn’t have our reservation when we pulled up—but they were able to accommodate and work with us immediately. Staff was immaculate, room was fantastic. Will be back!
What a beautiful surprise this hotel turned out to be. Quiet...like the best we have ever stayed at. Safe neighborhood, you can park and walk everywhere from the hotel. Nice patio for drinks and dessert and we had great service! Thank you to the best bartender for the amazing traditional lemon drop martini! Thank you to our young server who recently relocated from upstate New York and Shannon you are a lovely lady! Housekeeping gets 110% for how immaculate this hotel is kept. We loved the glass bottles of water and the Nespresso coffee. Comfortable bed with quality linens...and bathrobes to use for our stay. Front desk staff are lovely. Definitely try the shrimp and the flatbreads! Don't pass on dessert! The only bad thing about our stay was not being able to stay longer! We will be back. P.S. we attended St. JOHN'S Sunday 10 am service and met some lovely people.

Noisemakers, maybe getting more noise considerate? I wonder if staff has ever heard of electric power washers? Probably not. Or, maybe they love making super noise on a otherwise quiet Sunday afternoon and evening? At 9:36 pm they did some more. I guess it's legal. I was walking home from the nearby Everest Park pickleball courts last month when I happened to walk by a home where the owner was power washing his driveway. It sounded wonderful. We had a short, pleasant chat about his quiet, electric power washer. He loved it. I didn't mind it at all. They should consider improving safety to the front entrance, considering the tragedy that befell a good neighbor recently when a car accidentally went inside a store. I have seen two cars pull into your doorway in the past month.
Great Hotel for enjoying views over water and having nice food and drink near, this hotel is great. Rooms were spacious and clean, with nice wood tones and premium amenities and furniture. The location is near water and very central, and all the staff were very nice
Bathroom toilet leaked and bathroom was flooded, and so was given a new room in the middle of the night.
The new room had only one king bed, and no queen beds, and A/C did not work in the new room
probably the worst experience I had with a hotel with 3 stars or more.

The hotel acknowledged my rough experience and reimbursed
part of the hotel booking fee.
Nice location, nicely presented but the afternoon and early morning staff so unhelpful. For a premuim location and standard of rooms the staff let the overall quality down.
I enjoyed a beautiful weekend with my boyfriend with epic sunsets close to the water and great restaurants around downtown Kirkland. It’s our first time at the Heathman and this will be now our place to stay! From our friend Chris at the valet to the big and welcoming smiles at the front desk, our experience couldn’t be any better! Our room was gorgeous, bright and perfect. Looking forward to visit again!
