Beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The facility itself was lovely and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. However, I’m unable to give 5 stars because our room was not cleaned at all during our 3-night stay, which was disappointing. A little more attention to housekeeping would have made this a perfect experience.

Excellent rooms, great location, and the kindest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

I don't recommend the Heathman Hotel if they're assigning you a room on the first floor, especially if the room faces an alley.

I checked in at 12:15AM to get some sleep before having to check out at 8:00AM for a business trip. I told the Front Desk this upon check in.

I was given a 1st floor room. An extremely loud chainsaw buzzing noise woke me at 6:45AM The noise was coming from a truck parked in the alley just outside my room window and it continued for 30 minutes. I contacted the hotel and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

I found this whole experience at Heathman to be careless and not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. I've had better experiences at Courtyard Marriott Kirkland.

Loved the staff members who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also enjoyed the tub/shower combo with the size of the bathroom and the room layout!

The Heathman Hotel in Kirkland is a true gem. The rooms are beautifully designed—cozy, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff is warm and attentive, making every stay feel special. Its prime downtown location puts you steps from the waterfront, shops, and great dining. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience—highly recommended!

Stayed one night on a business trip. Clean, well appointed room and the Hearth restaurant is a great sit-at-the-bar option. Very good location on a strip with a lot of restaurants/bars leading down to the water. Only issue I had is the walk crossing signal on the street outside is annoyingly (and unecessarily) loud - so if you have a room facing the street, every time someone pushes the button you're going to hear it - at all hours. It woke me up and if I were staying more than one night I would have requested a room switch to the back of the hotel. Otherwise everything was great.

Service was excellent. Housekeeping was great and the valets especially Wayne were very good and attentive. You can hear your neighbors however and my room had noisy hvac and refrigerator but not bad enough to switch rooms. Location is top notch. Highly recommend.

Our room faced front entrance and it was noisy. Could hear street noise through inadequate windows.

Refreshed look in the lobby and dining room just in time for the Summer season. New chef and her new menu are fantastic!

We had a gift certificate we wanted to use. When we arrived, we were met by the sounds of construction in the lobby, which was getting an upgrade.
We checked in and were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite for our stay. The room was amazing! It had a small bar area, a nice seating area, with a see through fireplace that separated the two rooms. The bathroom had a large tub, a separate shower big enough for two. The commode was separated from the rest of the bathroom which was nice. The bed was a king, very comfortable, the fireplace made the room cozy. Our room came with a balcony with chairs, and a separate terrace with even more seating.
The restaurant was nice, comfortable, and had a decent menu offering. We had the charcuterie board, a few drinks, and dessert. Our bill came to $135.

Cannot understand the high rating on this hotel. I will never stay here again. My experience:
1) very dated interior, e.g. bathrooms look at least 20 years old
2) extremely noisy heaters coming on and off during the night meant I never got any decent continuous sleep
3) Housekeeping *never* made up the room in my 4 night stay. Bed was never made, towels and soap never refreshed, drinking water never topped up
4) I had issues with my corporate credit card when checking in - instead of letting me go to my room, get settled and then call the bank, the receptionist insisted I could not get my room until I paid the bill in full! I work for a company that probably keeps this hotel in business with the number of visits we provide.
5) terrible pillows gave me excruciating neck pain.

Heathman Kirkland used to be my favorite staycation place. Service is not what it used to be. I don’t plan on staying there in the future. There are better options available.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in quite a long time. While the decor is bog standard, the casual events held in the lobby, the restaurant, and the staff are amazing! I’ll definitely be staying here in the future.
