Great place to stay for a weekend getaway.
Hearth bar and restaurant has friendly staff and good menu selection.
We've stayed here several times and it's our favorite hotel in the area. Clean, modern, comfortable and friendly service. Plenty of free parking (garage etc) nearby to avoid valet fees. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee, too. It's more luxurious than similarly-priced hotels.
Michael up front was really cool. He hooked me up.
Gorgeous great weather too!
What a beautiful and calm place. Rooms were well equipped and loved the toiletries malin + Goetz. Walking around Kirkland was amazing and toms of great restaurants around.
Beautiful hotel, excellent lobby and great staff. Wonderful spot to spend a night. The only cons are the parking is quite difficult (they do offer valet for a fee) and during the night it was pretty loud with water moving through the pipes. But the beds are comfortable and the shower is one of the best I’ve experienced in a minute. Water pressure was a 10/10. Definitely worth a stay.
Always a great time and staff and location.
I found the general manager to be quite rude.
Very clean and comfy bed.
Despite the friendly staff, comfortable mattress, spacious room and bathroom, and convenient location, our overall experience was disappointing.
The internet connection was extremely weak, making it difficult to use even for basic tasks. The vanity kit didn’t include a shower cap — a simple but essential item that most hotels provide. The shower, placed inside a tub, has no handle bars, which feels unsafe.
There isn’t a single sheet of paper, pen, or pencil in the room — quite surprising for a hotel in this category. The bathroom door is a sliding one that offers zero privacy, even though there’s plenty of space for a regular door.
The air conditioner is very loud, the pipes make noise, and valet parking costs $30 per night unnecessarily, as free parking is easy to find nearby (especially around 1st Ave and 2nd St).
Overall, while the staff and comfort were fine, the lack of basic amenities and design flaws made the stay frustrating and not worth the price.
Restaurantji Recommends
This the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel 180 days per year for business.
Fire alarm went off non stop from 2am-6am. Fire department couldn’t fix it. The hotel manager was incompetent and said this is an ongoing issue and the fix wouldn’t occur until 5am. So for three hours the fire alarm went off with no fix. It was insane. Ive never seen this before. Don’t walk, RUN away from this hotel

Amazing service and atmosphere. Carlos our server was so exceptional.
I've stayed here several times now. It's my go to if I'm picking up someone at the airport. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, rooms a spotless and the location is perfection. Lots of safe, fabulous and fun restaurants and shops close by. I can't recommend them enough.
Stayed there briefly for a overnight, beautiful spacious room. Service at the front desk was rude, contrite and one of the receptionists put a finger to my face. And follow up emails were ignored.
This was such an outstanding experience. Expedia messed up our booking and they didn’t have our reservation when we pulled up—but they were able to accommodate and work with us immediately. Staff was immaculate, room was fantastic. Will be back!
