Wonderful stay experience, especially for the more than reasonable price! My wife and I love it here. It’s great for a short getaway. It’s so quiet and comfortable in the room, but you can go out and enjoy all the food and treats and waterfront right outside the front door! Lovely. I've been staying at this hotel for years now and have always loved it but my last stay I noticed they double charged me. I went back multiple times to try and get help from the front desk but they kept pushing me off to the manager with an email who was never there. After multiple attempts getting ahold of this guy I finally get my refund 6 months later. No apology and no insentive to come back. Thank god I caught the charge because they never would of, awful customer service

PLEASE. this hotel is horrible place. They took my belongings. Wouldn't let me get my things after coming back from dinner, they were so judgemental and rude. I'm embarrassed and sick to my stomach with how they treated me. I couldn't even have a police officer escort me in to get my things.

Had a great lunch today with 6 girlfriends. The wait staff was excellent and the food was delicious. 3 of us had the Black and Blue Salad and loved it. The others had various items and were very happy with their choices too.Nearby activities: In downtown Kirkland with great shops and nice views of the lake. Excellent location.

Another great stay at the Heathman in Kirkland. Staff is great. Room was wonderful - clean, well-appointed with super comfy bed and really everything you need. Hotel restaurant was delicious. Everything at the hotel is done with care and thoughtfulness. I will definitely be back.
