How do you guys mess up an order so bad? Unless you speak spanish forget about getting good service here

I've only done online orders from this Wendy's and I have never had any issues but today I didn't have time to pre-order so I decided to go drive through and I believe they don't understand how to utilize coupons on the register.
Today I attempted to purchase a son of Baconator and utilize the Wednesday 6 nugget free coupon. But I was told at the register where they had my bag of food ready that the coupon didn't count for a son of Baconator. But here is screenshots of the coupon working when I order online. I decided not to order from this location and just move on with my day.
I recommend others pass on this location unless they are doing online ordering only

Sunday morning breakfast staff at around 6am on sunday is very unprofessional. Kept getting the order wrong and when I tried to tell them they went in the back to gossip and ignored me at the drive thru. I had to go again around the drive thru and tell them from the ordering speaker. Then finally they still were rude. I ordered a large seasoned potatoes and they kept giving me a medium one. They need to be retrained. Also gave me the wrong sauces and rude attitude when I told them they gave me the wrong size seasoned potatoes.

I will never buy here again I was mistreated by a Mexican customer at 7:25 am today.. in the drive thru

Can't tell if my they are open or not. No displayed hours, auto answer on when you pull up through the drive thru so they seem open. Workers are inside but all ignored me. Had to look up the hours online since they aren't displaying them on the window, found out they were closed for another 15 minutes. They should put a cone in the drive thru so you can't drive in, turn off the auto answer in the drive thru, display the hours on the window like every other business is mandated to do, and last but not least, don't ignore the person in the drive thru, just inform them that you don't open until a certain time.

Fast, accurate service at the drive thru. Would come again to this location.
My fries were cold. My hamburger was greasy all over my shirt. Just sloppy work fingerprints of ketchup and stuff on the outside of the packaging. Just not caring

WOW… I was impressed with the quickness of the mobile order, how quickly the line of cars moved through, the correctness of my orders and the actual number of extras per my requests were present. It’s been a very long while since my orders came out right for once, and I’ve patronized various Wendy’s locations and this location has been the best and their quantities closely resembles what they advertise in pictures. I gave them a 4 star atmosphere vs no stars per their exterior, as this was a mobile order and I didn’t get to see the inside.
