Not only is this authentic Persian cuisine, it’s as good as my Persian friend’s Mom’s food which is hard to beat! They don’t use fillers for the Koobideh (ground beef) and there’s no shortage of saffron on the chicken kabob. I liked the ambience with Persian music and overall it felt a little fancy. The service was polite and efficient and well deserving of the auto gratuity and I added extra because I think 15% is too low. I don’t think people realize how rare authentic, great tasting Persian food is. I feel like their prices are definitely reasonable for what you get. Can’t wait to go back.

We ordered the platter and enjoyed our dinner here. The ambience felt a bit grey and could be improved with a warmer atmosphere and better music selection. I also found it unusual to be charged a 15% service fee for just two people. That said, overall it’s a good spot if you’re looking for a Persian meal.

Worst restaurants in the area, Worst for drivers and online customers. You only start the order when drivers arrive making orders they have in the car from other restaurant cold and super late. Customers gets mad at drivers, drivers rating goes down drivers never accepte order from the restaurant again making it expensive for delivery apps to get drivers to accepte from the restaurant making your restaurant not view to most of online customers unless they search for you. Driver dont get paid hourly so every minute drivers wait they less than minimum wage.

Had a great meal with family an friends. Food was amazing. We got sat quickly. All the orders came out in a reasonable amount of time. Plate had enough Food on it for 2 meals. Me an my girl had the leftovers the next day for dinner.

Extremely over priced place. We were group of 14 people . They charged $615 . We went to many restaurants no one has charged us this much. There service was so bad. The owner was busy taking to his friends for 20 minutes . He didn’t care to come to our table to atleast take order for soft drinks. We had to tell them we are ready for order. There was another guy who was bringing the food and drinks , he was not professional at all. He got soft drinks for half table and then went to serve another table. He didnt know what he was doing. If they are charging this much atleast they should have professional staff.
Their food did not taste good at all. The rice tasted wiered, beef and chicken kabob was very dry. Icing on the cake they charged 18% gratitude fees. There service sucked for that much fees . I would not recommend this place at all.

ious Persian food and warm hospitality! Zeytoon serves some of the best Persian dishes I’ve had—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the interior design—it’s clean and comfortable, but a little update in decor could make the atmosphere just as impressive as the food and service. Still, it’s a place I’d definitely come back to. Highly recommended!

“Disappointing Experience at Zaytoon Grill
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at Zaytoon Grill in downtown Kirkland. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown.
I ordered the top sirloin kabob, and my son had the ground beef kabob. The top sirloin was tough, dry, and nearly impossible to chew or swallow, so I had to return it. The ground beef kabob was not what I expected either; it clearly had other fillers and didn’t taste like the pure ground beef or lamb mix I’m familiar with.
To top it off, when I returned the dish, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the problem. Given that I’ve tried this place a few times and had similar disappointments, I won’t be returning.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service.”
