The staff are friendly and the food is yummy. They have what I would consider to be the best Mac and cheese in the entire Portland metro area. The best part is the cocktails. CJ is an amazing mixologist he’s like a wizard. You tell him what you like and he can whip something up. There’s also 45 cocktails on the menu to choose from which gives this place a fun whimsical flair most bars do not have! I will be back and highly recommend.
4th Street Bar & Grill is an amazing neighborhood bar. (Though, I live 20 minutes away. Totally worth the drive.) The atmosphere is cosy. The food is yummy. The drinks are fantastic. First time eating here. Honestly great atmosphere and service. Super cute restaurant and a very good vibe. I came here with some friends and one was removed for not having a horizontal id! (He left a bad review) he was very respectfully denied service and the staff handled it with compassion and respect.
