Was visiting LaConner and went to several restaurants over 5 days. This was by far the best. Excellent food (try the shredded beef street tacos - amazing), attentive staff, clean and well-maintained. I'm from the southwest and don't usually go to Mexican restaurants up north, but I'm glad I made an exception. I liked it so much I went back the next night!
Had a lovely date with some fantastic corneasada. La conner is a beautiful place with some very interesting establishments. Santo Coyote is no exception. Very clean and warm place. Perfect for dates or a party's. Im surprised it's now a hot spot for large groups.

There are several selections to choose from. We let our server know we were vegan. She said many in her family are vegetarian or vegan. Her mom is the chef and wants everyone to feel welcome. The rice and refried beans are vegan. I would definitely go back when I am in the area.
