Very rude. Short guy working The front register on June 21st 2025 was rolling his eyes and ignoring our questions. I told him I cannot eat avacado and he shrugged his shoulders!! REPORTING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Staff was the rudest I've ever encountered. I bought a groupon and when i went to use it they tried to put restrictions on that completely went against the rules on the groupon website. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.

I’ve been to Alibertos Taco Shop on College Street in Lacey, Washington, about three times now, and every visit has been incredible, but today was extra special. I brought my whole family, and the service was absolutely phenomenal! The food came out quickly, and every bite was delicious.

The flan? Oh my goodness, it’s the best I’ve ever had in my entire life! I also ordered the sopaipillas with carne asada, and they were bursting with flavor—simply perfection. Their salsa bar is fantastic, offering a variety of salsas to suit every taste. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and to top it all off, they’re open 24 hours a day and have a drive through!!

I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic food and a welcoming atmosphere, Alibertos Taco Shop is a must-visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On 11/13 we got sick from this place. Also the trash dumpsters are positioned along the drive thru. Not good.

I’m giving this place five stars because it has the BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO. It is so good. The bacon is our fave but they are all good. The drive thru can be a bit slow so set your expectations accordingly. The sauces that come with the breakfast burrito… don’t skip! This isn’t a fancy place and I would not recommend dining in. Or even most of the rest of their menu. But go for the breakfast burrito. It is really in the top five of breakfasts of the Olympia metro area.

So the food here used to be really good, but we went tonight and had a horrible experience. They were so rude. The guy acted like us showing up as a customer and wanting to order was bothering him. He was so rude and would not talk to us and explain that the lobby closes at 10 o'clock. He would not answer questions about the menu. And then he got our order incorrect which we didn't realize till after we got home because when I called to see if they were open, they did not tell us the lobby closes at 10 o'clock so we had to eat in our car or wait till we get home and have food.

The food was awful and I mean AWFUL! The meat and the sauces are absolutely flavorless no seasoning whatsoever. The beans are unseasoned, flavorless, canned beans. The guacamole was runny and looked like baby poop. It had no flavor. We ended up throwing $40 in food in the garbage. It was completely inedible.

I eat here frequently. The dining room isn't always available due to random painting and construction. Portion sizes for their burritos are always topped off. Their breakfast burritos for 4.99 are good but they reduce the portion size due to being half off what their lunch menu burritos cost. Nice servers at the drive thru window. I'll warn you that they can have a line at the drive thru which can take up to 10 minutes to order and get away.
