Updating review again to say that when I order the five mini tacos combo that comes with drink they never offer the drink. I have to state it and the tacos never come with lime and this time they left off the cilantro. A sign I probably won't be back. They've done this same thing once before and it was awhile ago but I decided to see if things have changed. They have not.

I was just in there for a to go order. I go during the day now because I've given up going through the drive-thru at night. I've had a complete round of discussion with management previously about getting blown off about the salsa I want after 10:00. They just won't give you the avocado salsa that they have on the bar during the day. You're just stuck with translucent green salsa or the red salsa and that's what you get. So no more night time drive through for me.
That brings me to this visit though. I was glad to see that they got a new card processor that includes the tip option because I don't carry cash and I've always wanted to tip them.
My last visit a lady was at the counter and she was great and I got to choose the amount of my tip on the card processor, but this time there was a guy working, and when it got to the tip screen HE JUST REACHED OVER THE COUNTER AND HIT ACCEPT without allowing me to choose the amount of tip. This is totally unacceptable. Next time I'm just going to take control of the damn thing and pick no tip probably. I usually tip 20% to 25% but this dude elected to just take control of the transaction so he probably got his 18% that he was after without giving me a choice. I think from now on I'm just going to see who's at the counter before I even bother ordering.

Food is great. Portions are good. You'll probably have leftovers. Best horchata in town. Love that they're open 24hrs. Would be 5 stars across the board but the price is a bit outrageous.

Disappointed with my last order. I thought I found a good spot for Carne asada fries but my last two orders disappointed again. Went through the drive thru for carne asada fries and when I opened my order I noticed the guacamole seemed dark and the fries looked really soggy. Definitely know that they just threw it back into the microwave to reheat or it’s been sitting all day and threw the whole thing in the microwave and heated everything up together before sending out.

This was not fresh at all.

My mother bought food from here and out of disappointment she got stale food and smelled like it had gone bad many days ago. Cheese Spider-Man was bad meat was bad bread was bad and when she tried to get a refund at the window, they said they would take a second and then they never came back. Then when she gets home, she tells me about this and so I called to get a refund and the person keeps hanging the phone up on me. I had to continuously call him more than 10 times and they said that they would get their manager and it would take five minutes, but once that five minutes was up, they hanged up and then I tried to call them back many more times they would hang up every single time without even picking up. Worst experience ever don’t go here. My mother went back here, a second time to give them a second chance, but she was faced with disappointment after disappointment. Now There’s very bad food and no money to get back. Worst experience ever!👎👎👎

The actual food here is great but I ordered 2 orders of churros, on the app it shows 2 churros in the 1 order and he told me no you have 2 churros. The 2 chrros were not worth over $7 and they were really dry

Still always an absolute delight going here. Greatest burritos in town in my opinion.

The food here is delicious and well worth the price. Had leftovers too. They are open 24/7 and everything else is closed before 11 pm. Will definitely go back and try something else. This is my go to food. Its a drive thru with an excellent choice of food.

The quality of the food is different literally every time we go. Sala will go from bagged to in little containers, quesadillas that come with quac and sour cream come with nothing. Food tastes great but I never know what to expect.

I used to love coming here, but the last several times I’ve ordered here there has been an issue. This time I was charged for 2 flans and didn’t receive 1, there were no eggs in the breakfast burrito just bacon, potatoes and cheese, and I gave them a $100 and did not receive appropriate change after paying for something I didn’t receive. The burrito place I once loved is no more.
