Farelli’s is usually fantastic, but this specific location struggles with quality control. On several occasions, my pizza has been either burnt or undercooked. Unfortunately, today was no exception—my pizza was burnt, and despite an employee seeing how burnt my pizza was they still handed it to me. It's disappointing because the flavors and potential are there, but consistency and attention to detail are lacking at this location

New to the area so we wanted to find our go to pizza place and this is probably it. Had a coupon but didn't read the part about it being for dine in only because words are hard. They still honored it when they didn't have to which is top tier service in my book. The pizza was great but the fire stix stole the show for us. 100% will be a returning customer and can't recommend Farrelli's enough. 10/10

Ordered the pretzel, and it was covered in salt. The taste was pure salt with zero pretzel taste. Also, when u ordered carry out, expect a 2 hours wait, and I tried giving this place multiple times, and it is unsat.

The bartender with the red beard has the worst customer service. We sat at a table for over an hour and he never came over to take our order. He kept serving other customers but never came over to our table

We had a group of 18 and our server Courtney was great! Helped us move tables, split the bill multiple ways, and stayed on top of drinks and food. Our favorite is the NW Traditional pizza, it's a must have!
