I am really amazed by Happy Teriyaki - we grew up in Olympia / Lacey since the late 1970's and Happy Teriyaki is something I remember as being around forever and every after school drive home would smell the chicken grilling with teriyaki sauce miles away. The chicken teriyaki is GOOD still today, as good as I remember. This is really difficult to achieve as you know nothing is as good as you remember. Congrats to Happy Teriyaki!
I have been coming here since I was a kid. It’s amazing still hasn’t changed and I don’t want it to change the Food‘s Amazing atmosphere is just how I remember as a kid and they absolutely love it here. Best happy teriyaki you can find around.
Food ok but DO NOT TIP ON YOUR CARD!! They will hold the original amount (before tip) AND charge you the full amount (after tip) while the before tip amount is still in your account FOR DAYS. They put me -20 in the hole because of this. Either don't tip or leave a cash one. The faded one is my pending charge STILL sitting on my account.
