Unfortunately one of the most underwhelming bowls of pho I’ve had in a long time. Brisket was dry, tendon tasted a bit off and old. Extremely rare for me to not finish the bowl entirely…
The Pho is on the upper end of quality Pho that I've had but if you are in the mood for teriyaki the chicken was great but the beef was OUTSTANDING! I often find the beef kind of soggy or Grey and limp but not here it was the best I've had in awhile . The gyoza was good as well so alot of great options here . My new favorite place
10/10 food. Server was amazing too, very enthusiastic and attentive. Didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman working the closing shift on 02/20/2026. My wife loved the chicken pho, and I tried some of it too and it was outstanding. Love the charbroiled chicken and rice. Huge serving sizings. Having it for seconds as I write this review. Will be back again when passing through.
