Very slow completing order.There seemed to be lots of people on hand one poor girl working the front counter and the drive up window. 3to4 people in the back. Service and experience was great from the counter person

The people who work here really do care about your food. They are the nicest people and will fix things with kindness and no attitudes if needed. I've been in personally and have delivery all the time because my kids love the breakfast Jack's and the food is always hot and fresh and tasty.

I usually don't write reviews but they messed up so bad it's ridiculous. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for a soggy hash brown, the wrong breakfast sandwich & unsalted/cold fries.

They have some decent value menu items and mi amigo Marcus really loves their new red Bull drinks but it's hard to justify going here over your local big Mac 🍔

This place is the worst!! So slow, their drive thru takes one car at a time all the way through getting your food. And don’t order online thinking you can run in and pick it up…..the lobby is closed, so you still wait in the super slow drive thru. The food is cold because it sat there for over a half hour waiting for you to get to the window. I have been here a handful of times due to being in close proximity but same thing every time. I am so done

I came in. The lobby was closed cause too many workers had called out, but when I pulled up to the drive through window I saw two workers hustling as hard as they could. Keicia and J.J. were holding it down

Spent almost 40 minutes in the drive-thru line - unfortunately I was stuck and couldn't get out. There was only 3 cars in front of me. Finally my turn, my shake was basically melted and I never had a burger as grease as what they gave me. My fries tasted horrible and it was super cold. I'm never going back there. I feel robbed and want my money back

What is the problem with Jack in the Box restaurants. Something is always wrong. The lobby in this one was closed. The fryer was down and the only could take grill orders. I want to like this chain, but so many of their locations have problems. Another location didn't have enough staff to keep its lobby open. Why do I keep trying? Maybe they just need to close the poorly managed stores.
