Foods good, employee was rude. i held my apple pay above the tap to pay device waiting for it to go. he then asks me if im a member, i said no but no thank you. he then says “oh so you just tried to run your card before i was finished..” um, mist card readers dont read your card until the transaction is complete. overall demeanor was quite rude
Literally can't place an order without using the kiosk. Questions went unanswered. Worked at Jamba juice in Seattle during highschool and the atmosphere was completely outgoing and welcoming. This place is like a morgue.
Also if the manager actually cared about their store, they would clean the place up. The walls need to be repainted the floor needs to be sweeped and the trash needs to be picked up.

There was a lady working up front this last weekend and two guys were super rude to her, she carried on as if nothing happened. Gained respect. Great job guys, teaching me resiliency over here lol.
