I brought my elderly mother in last night, she was craving a burger and I wanted her to try something different. She likes simple so getting her to try this was a struggle. We both had the wagyu beef with only a little cabbage and she had tomato. The beef was excellent. However I will not be able to get her back as the onion being on it ruined it for her. Wagyu katsu? With thin cabbage, eggs, bacon, buns, Japanese mayo? C'mon! Of course yes. So many Japanese American comfort food options. So good. And the staff is friendly and attentive despite the counter order model.

The man who helped us was really kind and helped us order. Overall great atmosphere, very welcoming and very beautiful. There is a poster of the world where you can put a pin to show where you’re from. The food was amazing! I’ve never had such a juicy patty, not dry at all and very flavorful ❤
