Today was our first time trying katsu burger! It was soooo amazing! I got the teriyaki katsu burger with nori fries and curry mayonnaise dipping sauce, I highly recommend 👌 the gentleman helping us order was so kind. We will be back again. The sandwich was huge!
The honey miso tofu is one of the best vegan burgers I've ever had. Marinated in miso for umami, fried crispy outside, firm inside, and served fully dressed. Goes great with the nori fries. Spouse was defeated by the sheer size of the beef Tokyo classic burger and was annoyed she couldn't finish it. Now I want to try the Classic with the crispy tofu instead of beef.
