Been coming here for over ten years. My wife and I have spent quite a few Friday nights in here for a few hours each time enjoying sake and sashimi. Great wait staff, one of them the owner with her husband who is the sushi chef. Only place I have been coming for ten years plus and the two main waitresses have been the same, always friendly! Also been here with our son in tow as well and he enjoyed the spicy chicken teriyaki. Our families favorite sushi place in the Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater...

I got the poke bowl with tuna and shrimp. It was possibly the best bowl I've had; I didn't even need to add sauce like I usually do because there was so much flavor! The waitress was very nice and visited my table multiple times to make sure I was enjoying my food. Perfect portion too! Will be back.

We’ve been going to Koibito for many years and have always had great friendly service. The staff are always happy to see us and remember what we like. Oh yeah - great award-winning Sushi!
