Dear Mr. Silver, I had the honor of dining at your fish house tonight, and I must say, it blew away my expectations. The fish was so fresh - I could still smell the salty ocean. The potatoes must've been pulled out the earth earlier that day. Hot golly - me and my lady were living large. It was the best of times, it was the mari-of-times. I like Long John Silver's and I have eaten at this specific location several times in the past few months. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because one time the food was not fresh and was oily. Another time their price was $7 higher for the same order I had just 4 days before. Not sure why but I didn't have a coupon either time nor saw any specific specials so why was the difference???

I know it's not suppose to be great sea food. It's a fast food joint and I stopped to get my wife lunch as she was craving LJS. This place is shared with Kentucky Fried Chicken. Ordered what the wife wanted. But I noticed that the fries you would normally get at LJS or with fish were the potato wedges from KFC. Yuck. And not the same. The only employee that seemed to know what was going on was the manager. The place seemed clean which is always a good thing. I just not impressed...read full review
