I was upset about LJS closing in Kent decided to stop by the LJS in Lacey. The note on the door announced all out of everything Long John Silvers. Wow a fish place with no fish. Waited while wife used the restroom and while waiting I noticed all the flies. Decided not to get chicken after seeing all the flies. Sad to see LJS represented this way.

The potatoes must've been pulled out the earth earlier that day. Hot golly - me and my lady were living large. It was the best of times, it was the mari-of-times. Just don't do it!!!!! Normally, I love LJS. Last time, they missed half of our order after making us wait for 25 minutes after going through the drive through, we had to drive 15 minutes back to get the rest, and they were rude about it like it was our fault. This time, they gave me fish that was cooked in rancid oil!!! Then the guy acted like I'm crazy or lying when I called to let them know. I wasn't even asking them to fix it or give my money back.

I like Long John Silver's and I have eaten at this specific location several times in the past few months. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because one time the food was not fresh and was oily. Another time their price was $7 higher for the same order I had just 4 days before. Not sure why but I didn't have a coupon either time nor saw any specific specials so why was the difference???

Absolutely revolting! As soon as a person walks in the door you are greeted by the smell of rotting Fish & Chicken. I was trying to find a good place that would substitute my Skippers craving. Moving forward I still decided to give the food a try and that was a mistake oh, it tasted awful and I couldn't even have eat half of it and I was really hungry! The hush puppies tasted like the rotting fish smell that was permeating the entire establishment. I miss Skippers so much! I would just steer clear of this whole building if I were you, the KFC, and the Long John Silver's. I would not be surprised if someone got sick from eating here. All these employees need to be trained in cleanliness and given a bucket of bleach.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars or even negative ones I would....horrible customer service,horrible food and they dont even know how to get your order right not once hot twice but 3 times ....DO NOT GO HERE!!

Nasty!!! Had some fish and chips plus shrimp. Literally swimming in grease, all over the take-out bag and table. Can't be good for your digestive system. Picked up the fish and my hand was coated in oil dripping out. Yuck! Warning don't go here.

They forgot to add an entire meal of ours! Unfortunately, we live a bit away and didn't look in the bag to see until we got home. I thought it was taken care of when we called and the man ager at the time was apologetic, but with a different manager in person at the time of pickup was quite the opposite.
They advertised a all you can eat fish and chicken but there was no all you can eat., And the fish was very bad the kfc good tho.

Absolutely disappointed !! What kind of restaurant is OUT OF FISH when that's all you are !?!? It's a Saturday night and you're out of fish !?!? And...all theses commercials you're advertising on TV ? I haven't been to a Long John Silvers since I was a kid living in Florida. Was pretty happy to try you tonight, but you lost a customer and I won't spend any money in your establishment. Good Luck !!

Should really take long john silvers out of this location. I'm a huge fan of thier food, but at this location you can never get a decent piece of fish. Every single time it tastes likes it just been sitting in grease for hours..

The worst experience ever I will never go back the shift manager there was terrible didn't care how we felt or anything with our food or the service she gave and we waited 20 mins extra for chicken littles and they brought us this barely any sauce on our chicken littles we asked for extra and instead replacing the order giving us our money back she asked for the food and drink back no replacement or added sauce no Fish sauce for my fish ask for that no napkins they were so rude and they didn't care about the customer and my order was $25 buckets I'm calling the general manager in the morning she didn't give her name or the store number she told me to google it

Fish tasted awful from whatever grease they use to fry it in. No chicken planks and no Long John Silvers original french fries; they give you KFC wedges instead and even those arent that good. Honestly the only thing I could stomach was the hush puppies...what a waste of $16. I've learned my lesson, I'm not going back to this KFC/Long John Silvers location anymore.
