They gave me a cheese burger that was so cold it felt like it came out of a refrigerator. I went in to have them fix it. The floors were so greasy that I almost slipped. When brought to their attention, I was condescendingly spoke down to. I have been coming to the Mc Donald’s regularly for 18
years. I will be going to Dairy Queen next door from now on
It took 40 minutes to get through the drive-thru and the staff was rude. I paid at 9:56 and didn't get my food until 10:20 and still had to pull around the building. At least three people pulled around one had a problem with their order, one lady had to go inside to get hers and when we finally received our order it was wrong. This is the only McDonald's around Olympia that I have had issues with so I will never comeback. The sad part is this is the one closet to where I live.
