Meconi's is my go to. Me and my brother would eat there everyday. My Italian Sandwich was bussin!!!! The food is absolutely delicious. I give Meconis a solid 10/10. I would recommend this restaurant to all. If you haven't gotten a Meconi then you're LACKIN.... Get in there and get you a Meconi ASAP! These Sandwiches are the bomb.com.... I ordered online for pickup. Nice, clean, orderly restaurant. My order was ready when I got there and the staff was attentive and available to help me as soon as I walked in. I had paid online so I was in/out in about a minute. I ordered a whole pastrami sandwich, a bag of Lay's and a Snickerdoodle cookie. Getting home, I opened the bag and saw two subs, and I thought they may have made a mistake, but "No" their whole sub is two 7-inch subs! The order was very neatly packaged; and they use a brown paper bag, easy to recycle. Each half sub was tightly wrapped and the two pieces fit side by side perfectly on the bottom of the bag. They put the cookie on top of the subs and the bag of chips on the very top so as not to crush them. The pastrami was tender and the cookie was good. This was my first visit to Meconi's and I know I'll be back, next time to try their Philly Cheesesteak.

My daughter went there yesterday, August 20, 2024, got two full sized chicken subs and one full sized beef sub. By evening one daughter got very ill and by this morning I was very ill with very Bad stomach issues!! We both had the chicken subs!!! My advice, DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN SUB!!!!"

Been coming here since I was a small child. I am 30 now. I love the food here. I always get a whole Capicola with peppercinis. Today I split one with my girlfriend who Also loves this sandwich......
They gave us a normal ham instead of the capicola we ordered. It was still good but this is the very first time I've ever had an issue with our order and the meat wasn't right and therefore the sandwich was not as satisfying.
The capicola has a very distinct taste that was replaced with an overly salty and smoky ham.
I also paid an arm and a leg for the sandwich.

I'm really disappointed.Costumer service wasn't good.I sopped by Meconi's first time.An employee didn't try to help me. I went around 10:15am. even they were not ready to open. I told that I can't see any menu. I think employee didn't understand what I was trying to say and not tried to ask me again. I had to look at my phone for searching menu. After I ordered, An american woman said she couldn't see the menu, other employee turned on the television. + Just a normal sandwich.
