Mi Pueblo Express serves food that is amazingly fresh and flavorful. The Quesa-Birria and Fajita Quesadilla are PHENOMINAL. The California burrito and churros are absolutely fantastic, with churros being the best ever. The street tacos are some of the best, and the beans are so yummy. The food is hot, fresh, real authentic Mexican food, and one of the best food trucks on the westside. Every order is scratch made. The staff are very friendly, and the food is ready fast. For vegetarian options, the veggie burrito is available, but customers should ask to not add cheese and sour cream if they cannot have dairy.
